What is your name, age, and battle tag?: Jeff, 29 - Tehmadman#1993Tell us a bit about yourself.: I am an easy-going, laid back sports fan that loves to game. My fiance and I are getting our house built this year, along with getting married next fall, so life has been great. I live in St.Louis and bleed BLUE, but I am still waiting for a championship season. I am looking to find a fun, friendly group to raid with during the Legion expansion,. -On a side note, I have a rogue friend that would be interested in applying as well. What is your character's name?: Currently, Tehruffmuff - I am on the alliance side right now, but I am looking to transfer over if accepted. What class and specialization(s) are you applying as?: Demo LockHave you read what the expectations are for joining us?: YesLink your armory page.: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/emerald-dream/Tehruffmuff/simpleDo you have Teamspeak 3 and a working microphone?: YesCan you make raid nights on consistent and reliable basis?: YesCan your computer handle 20+ raid settings without any problems?: YesCan you explain how you get information about your class and theory crafting and / or list any tools or guides you use to optimize your character?: Typically, I checked warcraft logs to see the current talent/trinket/legendary setup people are using and compare to mine. Along with checking the aforementioned items, I can take a deeper look at spell usage rates/CD's/length of fights to determine how my rotation should be adjusted. Also, I am active in reading multiple forums on my class, just to make sure I know different theories on my spec. Lastly, I use pawn and sim my character to make sure that I have the best stat weights possible for mix/max.Link a recent log of a raid you participated in.: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/rankings/character/18485904/10/#bracket=-1Provide a link to a picture of your UI while in combat with a raid boss.: http://i68.tinypic.com/9zw0sy.jpg" border="0Recount your previous guilds that you were a core raider in (up to the last 3) and your reasons for leaving?: This is How We reRoll - Friendly guild made up of friends and co-workers. People quit, and the guild fell apart. Washed Up - Guild couldn't maintain an active 20 man roster. Guild leader was abrasive at times, which caused some of his friends to leave. In turn, the core of the guild was damaged, and the guild fell apart. Nightmare - Guild cannot maintain an active 20 man roster. Raiders are not held to a standard to actively attend raids or show up on time. I have waited with this guild for almost 2 months in hopes that a 20 man roster could be filled, but it has not. Good people, good guild, but lacks what I am looking for in a mythic progressing team.Summarize your raiding experience.: I have been raiding on multiple characters since TBC, clearing most content on the highest difficulty. In the past, when I have PVP'd, I have been to 2200+ with 3 different characters, so I understand the importance of using CD's, defensive abilities, and moving to avoid damage. What are you looking for from XoO, and from a guild in general?: As stated previously, I want a fun, friendly group of people that will work together to achieve mythic progression. I want a team that jokes, laughs, but has the capability of taking something serious when we need to. I want a structured guild that has an active core that can be in mythic raiding at least 2 nights per week.Do you know anyone in the guild that can vouch for you?: I do not.Any final comments, thoughts, concerns, or bad puns?: Just to note, I do have a vacation planned at the end of December around Christmas. Also, because I work in the IT world, I am on-call 1 full week every 6th week, so there is a chance that I have to leave raid early or take a small break to answer the phone. Typically, I know which nights I might have to leave early the afternoon before raid. I would estimate that I have to leave early maybe once per week, every six weeks. I can explain further, but it would be much easier through TS3.
