I have played several MMO's including WoW, EVE, and ArcheAge.Tell us about your past XoO experience: I am currently a member of the ArcheAge division, and played some with the PS2 division before it disbanded.Describe a situation where you had to step up and accomplish a task you weren't assigned to do.: I was set to umpire a 16U baseball game when my partner had some issues and was unable to make it to the game. As it was a very important game in the tournament, we had no choice but to play it. I had to umpire the game alone, which was a very difficult proposition given the level of play that these teams played at.Describe a situation where you lead a team to accomplish a task: I have led many teams over my life. One of the most memorable was when I was the captain of the baseball team at my high school. I was required to keep the guys in check and working hard, and sometimes had to be a bad guy when the coaches didn't notice that something was wrong.If selected to be an organizer for H1Z1, what would your first 10 steps be: 1) Acclimate myself to any fellow organizers/officers. 2) Get a good feel for the game I will help lead. 3) Ensure that the guild is ready to take on members. 4) Help put together a recruitment thread along with specific requirements regarding the game itself 5) Begin searching for recruits and recruiting spots. 6) Interview and begin the weeding out procedure. 7) Establish rules regarding the game itself once members are in. 8) Begin finding out what each member is good at/wants to do so their strengths can be taken advantage of and their weaknesses avoided. 9) Weed out the problem members. 10) Win H1Z1!XoO References: Samjizz, Kyoji
