So I see in the FAQ...

    2) Question: How do I: Use signatures and avatars/Multi-quotes/Include video or pictures in posts?
    Answer:
    - Signatures: To add a signature simply click on USERCP then click "Edit Signature". You may host a file locally or offsite through imageshack or another free image hosting company. Signatures may also include text and hyperlinks.

    But I see,

    Allow Image BB Code No

    So instead of:

    I get:

    http://xivpads.com/i/sigs/27310/xivpads.png
    http://xivpads.com/?Ojebuss-Locknar-Sargatanas

what needs to be done to get that "no" to a "yes"?

I don't know the specifics about the what's or why's, but it's been a limitation for a while.
I believe it's because that even off-site signatures are downloaded and stored on the XoO server, and this is done only once when you edit the signature.
    So dynamic signatures is impossible.
