I have tickets for his show this sunday

 

The rendition of Purple Haze was extremely impressive. I don't care for much of his easy listening though.

 

just back from the show. Best guitar playing Ive ever heard. I do believe he is the best guitarist alive.

also Frank Vignola and Vinny opened the show and all 3 played some songs together...simply amazing.

Tommy Fest 2010 - The Frank Vignola trio pay homage to Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov by performing Scheherazade and The Flight of the Bumblebee. Watch out for the moment of comedy part way through when some flies come into the equation too

 

The first part was great, the last little bit was showing off =]

 

call me crazy, but I dont find him to be all that musical. Sure, he's technically brilliant- but where's the music? maybe if I listen to him some more.... uh oh.
