TERA (NA) ApplicationHow old are you? 25 In-Game Name? Xantara Do you have Teamspeak 3 and a mic? Yes What is your primary class? Slayer Why did you choose XoO? (please be descriptive) After having a few encounters pvping in Tera, I realized its WAY better than pvp in wow! Hearing my girlish squeals of delight, my boyfriend, Afterthought/Rallah suggest XoO to me. So here I am. I'm now even more excited after reading your goals for gaming. I see you're guild of more than just player verse player encounters but a guild that enjoys in being the best they can be in all aspects of gaming. So I'm choosing XoO (stating obvious as I can per your request) because XoO sounds like an exciting, determined and adult community that will fit my gaming style as an older gamer. Previous Gaming Experience? (please be descriptive) My previous gaming experiences in MMOs is in guild wars, and world of warcraft. World of Warcraft being the MMO I've played the most (7 years) - I played as a restoration druid and enjoyed raiding with Meliora of Maelstrom. The guild lost focus about a year ago, and I decided to stop playing because I felt I didn't enjoy playing anymore with Meliora and I couldn't imagine playing with anyone else due to being a loyal member for 6 years. What will you contribute to the guild? (Please be elaborate on this one) Unfortunately, I don't have much I can contribute to the guild beyond personality. I was an officer for a few years with Meliora and really I was only helpful in keeping guild relations smooth. I'm a very relax, honest, supportive person who enjoys a good laugh and I love to make people smile. You might call me a little bit of a chatter box, but I mean well, and love making friends. Localization: NA Do you have a referral? - Who are you? Tell us something about you. Don't sweeten it up, be honest I'm a 25 year old female, recently divorced and moved from California to Kansas to start anew. If I'm not to sweeten myself up, than I'll admit I was severely depressed for a good 10 months after I moved. Divorce is horrible when you still love your spouse. Anyways, I picked myself up and pushed as hard as I could to pull myself out of my hole. I became a full time student (previously I was only part time, if that) and I'm now majoring in Genetics. I hope to get my bachelor's degree in the next year and find work in molecular plant genetic research. I've come a long way in my tribulations but I'd say I've come out the other side smiling and happy to be alive! I really hope to make friends with the XoO community and find a home gaming with all of you. Activity level? Currently I play about 40+ hours a week, but in the next week I expect that to increase since the semester will be ending. Do you have a high speed internet connection and a good computer? Yes Have you applied to the TERA usergroup? Yes You have 9 balls. All but 1 weigh the same (1 is heavier). You are able to use the scale (2 sided scale) to weigh them against other balls two times. How do you find the ball with the different weight to it? A 2 sided scale, with the ability to weigh twice, I'm assuming twice on each side. So a total 4 weighs available. I'd divid the balls up into two groups, 4 and 4 - leaving an odd ball out. If the weight is the same then its the odd ball. If the weight is different then I'd choose the group with the heaver weight and weigh three more times until I found the heavier ball until I was left with one ball left ( the heaviest ball).
