Does anyone have some suggestions for mech keyboards? I have been eyeing the Razer Black Widow Ultimate or maybe the Mionix Zibal 60. The widow has mx blue switches which ive heard arent the greatest for gaming and has a tiny wrist rest, while the Mionix has the MX Black switches (allegedly better for gaming but lack the tactile click clack of other mech keyboards (not necessarily a bad thing?)). Another big design flaw with the widow is that the USB port is on the right side of the keyboard (where your mouse sits) and the Zibal has it on the top, where it should be.

I have no experience with mechanical keyboard except from ones over 15 years ago. But I have heard from people who use them that the Cherry MX keyboards are best, usually I hear people wanting the blue ones. Ive also heard a few people say DAS keyboards are the best.

Here is a sound comparison of each type of switch:

Das Keyboard is what I saw SC2 gurus use the most often.

I use a das keyboard silent model at work all day and love it. Believe it or not, I use a mac full sized keyboard at home for gaming. I love the short throw keys.

edit: I've used the Blackwidow. Das Keyboard is better, IMO.

I'm currently using a Cyborg keyboard and it works great, changable colors, programmable macros on both sides of the board, a nice extra USB port, and a headphone and mic jack on the back which really comes in handy so you dont have to worry about all the wires running to the back of the tower.
