Recently reacquired Photoshop, decided to take it for a spin, to see what had changed since the last version I worked with (CS2). Mission: to renovate my dusty forum sig and avatar pic. A word of warning for keen eyes, these are sure to be littered with flaws all round. They are the result of no more than an hour messing around with PS and are little else than copy and pasting (yes I know the heads look obviously inserted). Its been 3 years since i've done anything graphical and I was a noob back then too. Nevertheless I thought I'd share the concepts I ended up with, as graphics design impairments aside, I am quite happy with them. Criticism welcome. end result: getting there: my original idea, left it cause the CoD logo kept getting in the way of what I wanted to do with it.

Nice, what are you going to study? Im doing a tailored ICT degree with a specialism in business and management, focusing on digital entertainment and its commercial aspects. Im always lurking around on the forums, I just dont post much. As for TERA, it depends how persuasive the hype gets. I'll be trying it regardless, my long term commitment will depend on said trial, and how it measures up to GW2.
I'm studying as a Philosopher at Oxford Brookes University. Already got various qualifications around the area of Psychology, Sociology and Politics, though I am really looking forward to getting into subject. Your subject of choice sounds great, with qualifications like that it should be possible to work in some great job positions. Not easy though I studied Business myself several years back ^^ You will join us ;-) Even if its just casual.

I thought it was obvious. I am clearly compensating for something... On a more serious note, I linked to the large images for the purposes of sharing. I had planned to scale it down for the actual sig, I just havent found the time yet. The fact that the forums for some reason log me out every time I try to access the user CP section, and then requires a good 20 repeated log in attempts, or a few hours wait, isnt speeding up the process. And yes Kazz, ofc I will join you, for a while...
