PAX East 2011 XoO Attendance

Bioware just recently announced that they were attending Pax East. There is still some hope for the TERA fans.

I might attend if my plans for springbreak in Cancun dont come true..
it's still a 9hrs bus ride from Quebec though.. but having a chance to play SWTOR
might be worth it

 

I am suprised we dont have more east coast people representing xoo....

For the people attending, any suggestions on a XoO event at PAX? It would be cool to meet everyone, even if it's only for a short period of time. List your suggestions!

Additionally, if you are looking for a hotel I was able to reserve the Holiday Inn Express in Cambridge for $65.00/night. The hotel is approximately 3 miles from the convention center and is close to public transportation. In order to get the deal go to Priceline.com and enter Boston and the date(s) of your stay. Then click "Name your own price" and choose the 4th option "Cambridge" and select 2 1/2 stars. I entered a bid of $65/night and it was accepted. (Holiday Inn Express is reportedly the only 2 1/2 star in Cambridge.) The hotel offers free parking (not easy to find in the Boston area) and free breakfast. If you do not get it on your first try, wait 24 hours and try again. The hotel received an average of 4/5 from 104 reviews on Tripadvisor.

I want to go >.<..... Gotta see the cost of how to get there.... You know from experience why dont you all just get a suite or a 2 bed room and just pitch in lol. I remember doing that back when I used to live in Florida. Had like 7 people in 1 room everyone pitched in and it was cheap as hell.

 

Just ordered my hotel and paid for my tickets, hope to see you guys there.....

 

Cant wait for PAX Prime would be awesome to get a big group together like last year.

We can just pick a spot to meet up at. I was talking to moneda about this earlier. We all seem to be going with people so we can get a nice group going. Also dash promised us xoo tshirts to wear to represent xoo

 

I find it hard to believe that out of all the thousands of people representing XoO there are only a handful... actually not even a handful of people going to represent this wonderful (insert brownie points) guild.

I can accomidate people with nice hotel rooms including (kitchen, living room etc) for under 80$ a night. And only being a 15 min drive from the convention center.

SO WHY ARE NOT MORE OF US GOING ?!?!?!?!?!?!

Thank goodness its only a 10 minute drive for me.

 

I might be going...depends on if I can find anyone here to go along for the 14 hour roadtrip and split the hotel cost.

 

En Masse confirmed today that they won't be showing TERA at PAX East.

I guess that means more time playing the Guild Wars 2 and Firefall demos.
