today.... Smoked a cig the day I got on a plane for New Zealand...I had decided Ill not have another once I left the USA.
I have had close family members go decades with smoking then decide to quit, it is not very easy man. But you did the right thing by deciding to stop smoking.
That's awesome doctorie. But remember,if u come back tp the usa, doesn't mean u can start smoking again. It only takes 1 to get the ball rolling and it's like you never even stopped.
Many congrats, Doctorie! Fighting the nicotine beast and wining is an accomplishment worth celebrating.
Cigarettes are more addictive than heroin or cocaine and more than 70% of teen smokers have tried to quit and failed! I say BRAVO to you guys that quit Note: More than 6 million people under the age of 18 who are alive today will eventually die from smoking.
ya grats, my mom keeps trying and does good on the patch then she invites my father over or goes out to drink with a friend and starts again. =/ so be careful
thanks guys..and thanks for all the advice...it will always be a struggle...I am exercising more..mainly walking the hill trails here. These are some big hills.
Indeed, it's these idiots that defend themselves by saying "I gotta die of something". How ignorant...who the Hell wants to die suffering from cancer
