I refuse to sign this, while there is a lot of third party programs used for malicious purposes there are also those that are very useful. Also what is the point siging this isn't going to stop people from making third party programs or from using them. Steam, xfire
Ya I would at least change the name of the group so it doesnt include all of them. Some of the 3rd party apps in WoW were so popular that the game now has them built in
I respect your decision my friend, i am only inviting you to join in case you would like to. It might not stop people from using Illegal Third Party Programs but we can promote people to stop using it and promote Fair Gaming. Yeah, would if i could. But apparently you can't change it once it is set. Also most of the Third Party Programs out there is Illegal anyways and also i emphasis it on the page it is the Illegals ones that we hate.
I love modding games, making the game I play more enjoyable is always in my best interests. Games that don't allow eu customization are such a pain.
I usually always play default, or well just change settings within the game menus. I hate when people download scripts, and mods(for wow specially, like decurse used to be, and that healing priority one... ) It just seems people need to get the edge what ever way they can.. it just takes up their slack from their skill level imo. 3rd party mods can be cool as well, like wow example again, bag addons, and the titan bar, displaying your gold, the time etc etc. doesn't increase your skill level, just makes certain things more handy. Obviously, aim-bots, and scripts that shoot semi-auto, at an unreal speed are huge difference and totally ruin the game for others. The only reason people use those is because they actually lack the skills and admit defeat. Anyway, just my 2 cents, and they are Canadian... lol
Well you won't really know until you try. Nothing is really impossible if you put your mind to it, also as of now our groups goal is to promote Fair Gameplay and to raise the awareness of gamers what damage Illegal Third Party Programs this can do to MMORPG games.
may want to reword the bolded section, mostly the use of "condones". that's all I really got for this subject ;p the title doesn't exactly match up with your goal (generalizing cheating/exploiting with all third party programs as people have stated) but best of luck.
Thank you for letting me know. I thought the word condone was the same as the word against or something in that leauge. After a bit of research i found otherwise.
