They've got a fair shot. I'm hoping the Canadiens can trump the Capitals in game 7. Surprised it got this far tbh. Suffice to say, it will be an interesting game.

I'm also glad the Sabres were eliminated. Good riddance.

That Canadiens game today was friggin crazy! Halak was just plain mental!

If he has another game like that then say bye bye to Washington.

Canucks Vs. Black Hawks ROUND TWO!!!!

Wow. I hadn't expected the Canadiens to hold up like this either - Washington has seemed pretty hard to touch during the season. I'll have to try to watch Game 7... well, if I can, busy this week. :(

I may have moved out of Vancouver but if there's anyone I'm supporting, it's still the Canucks. They've got some tough opposition, but I think they have what it takes to win this year. Don't know if they'll take the Cup, but there's a good chance, and they should at least reach the semi-finals...

Detroit Red Wings allll the way!! We are 2-0 in this game atm. Although we lost the last one because the coach is a dumbass and didn't pull Howard off the box...but anyways.Wings FTW!!!

Wings were buzzing like mad last night, but I doubt Howard will hold the Sharks at bay.

Heres to hoping Chicago will beat the canucks and short them of a conference final yet again!

We punch goalies......Canuck pansies pull hair.

I'm kind of expecting the western conference to come down to Canucks vs Sharks... but, as today's game showed, anything can happen. Probably going to miss most of the second round myself, sadly. :( Both match-ups on the west promise to yield some great games - not to mention Canadiens vs Penguins, if they continue the kind of showing we saw against the Capitals in the last three games.

I'm just glad that Ovechkin was eliminated... I'm now rooting for the Habs, since Colorado got bitched by San Jose in games 5 and 6.

Ovechkin was an ass. Never liked him.

Looking forward to Canadiens vs Penguins, however the Penguins are a much better team imo and it'll be a tough one for Montreal.

Sharks are gonna get thumped by the Wings, im thinking Wings in 5 or 6 at most. Pittsburg is just a much more dynamic team then Washington so Montreal really has a low chance of getting by. Boston Philli.... who knows... wont matter. As for Hawks and Canucks. Canucks in 6 yooooooooo! One word: LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!

Aren't the Sharks a better team than the Coyotes? The Wings were pretty inconsistent in that series.

Sharks are probably the most inconsistent team in recent history not to mention their repeated failures in the post season. They barely got by Colorado tbh. Phoenix is too defensive to play the Sharks game but Detroit has a much more experienced and skill group that will know how to shut down the Sharks. I wanted to say Detroit in 4 but meh i'll give em 5 games. One home win in game 2 for the Sharks then bye bye.

In the same train of thought, Chicago also squeaked by Nashville basically due to one dumb shot they didnt need to take on their power play in game 5. If they just held the puck for the remaining time of the game, the series would be totally different. Its was Nashville's error not Chicago's skill that got them that win. Not to mention Hossa not getting tossed for the Boarding call.....

Detroit's problem is Howard.Rookie goalie in the playoffs=disaster.H let in 4 goals which should not have went.We would have won that game if it had not been for that. He doesn't protect the net very well....I still think we will win.Go Wings!!

Yeah so, Canucks raped the Hawks in game 1. lol... did not expect a 5-1 score. We'll have to wait and see if the Hawks can come back.
