Are you able to make time on weekdays for 10 mans after raid as well? What kind of experience do you have with demo vs affliction?
Everything looks good. You have the type of gear we are looking for a recruit to have. Currently we only have one lock whos main spec Affliction, the Demo spec would definitely help.
i would say my experience towards both specs is pretty even, i do more dps as affliction obviously at this time but im hoping 3.3.3 changes that, ive been hoping and blizzard has been getting closer and closer with each buff they release. With that said i switch between them often but am often demo as i find that my buffs are pretty irreplaceable and really have no problem playing either

UI definitely looks clean, not cluttered, the only thing i would recommend is using either xperl or pitbull for unit frames it is much easier to tell bosses hp/% health and targets target. Would you be able to start raiding tonight at 7 server?
