Im afraid to say that i am looking forward to this, maybe the new developer can make things different. Cod Ghosts was a big nono for me but i enjoyed Black Ops 2. I really like the fast paced action of COD so i hope the don't screw things up.
The more futuristic this series gets the more I enjoy it. BF2142 is slowly leaking into this games and it gives me a sick satisfaction. "Present Day" shooters that feature modern day tech. are boring as sin, and have the artistic design of a dying horse. Bring on the future shooters! Also with abdulrapidz, I enjoyed the BO2 game while Ghost was completely passable.
I'm sorry I ment in multiplayer. Crysis single player cloaking was a lot of fun but kind of made the game to easy.
Oh fair enough. I enjoy cloaking in single player but it does have the ability to get overpowered. I think Deus Ex and Crysis did quite well the energy system. There was cloaking in multiplayer as well but since your energy acts as additional DR in multiplayer it was never smart to engage the cloak for a long period of time before a firefight. Either way, it is a hard mechanic to balance. Too powerful and everyone will use it, not powerful enough (or too visible) and it becomes worthless.
