One of my coworkers mentioned this story to me, and I cracked up.. (except for the part about suing the city, uhm, hi look where you're walking, even if there were cones you still would have fallen in, duh?) What's worse than falling in a manhole and landing in 4 ft of sewage? Hitting your head and drowning in it XD Could have been worse...
