This movie rocked hard. I loved every freaking second of it. All I wanted was: 1. Megan Fox - Check 2. Big fucking robots blowing shit up - Check The movie delivered in spades on both counts. It also was very humorous along the way which is always nice. I was very surprised at the mature content present throughout the movie for just being a PG movie. I don't consider myself a prude by any means being a member of the military, known to throw a curse or two out there and enjoy barely clothed to naked women, but, this movie had a little more adult language than I would find appropriate for the young audience able to see it. The racial comments made toward the computer geek guy were funny but again inappropriate for the young audience. Although, everyone here is supposed to be of age to see this movie anyway so a little bit of a null point. One of the funniest parts in the movie was when duhamels character strapped the parachute to the gov't types back and he pulled he cord while in the plane and duhamel makes some sort of snippy comment. Made my day.
Wrong, just with a platform like Transformers you don't need to throw in a hot girl just to make a few extrabucks. Point being the only human char that really should be in it at all with any decent amount of lines should be Spike, aka sam.
Sorry I can't agree. I've been in a few jobs where its mostly women working and it just turns into an unproductive estrogen clusterfuck(minus the fun). A healthy balance is def needed. For movies just take a look at Dead or Alive(lol) Course that's only my limited experience. As for back on topic Megon Fox is a horrible actress and only counts as eye candy. Yes its an action movie and I'm the first to toss out horrible acting but jesus crap there's only so far you can try to appease to every demographic before you just butcher a movie to shit.
Saw the movie this morning, HOLY SHIT! SO GOOOOOD! Which sound effect? And 2012 for the next one. *cries* The only gripe i had was that soundwave did not have the voice from the animated movie. Sounded to monsterish for him. Would of liked to see him in a better role. Now all i need is for blaster, perceptor, and spikes exo suit to make an apperance in the next film and i'll be happy as a clam.
This film wasn't anything great. It was just like the first but worst in my opinion. It's cool seeing all the transformers but for the second one I was expecting more than just shock and awe. There wasn't to much of that either. Just a lot of slow scenes with nothing going on in the background. This movie gets a C-.
This movie was definitely 'meh-worthy'. The plot was terrible, but I didn't go to for a plot, I went for an action film, and I was disappointed. All of the action scenes dragged on and were nothing special (minus one or two fights (inc spoiler in black bar) Spoiler Optimus' last stand was a great fight scene thought . Essentially, there wasn't really anything worth watching. After the first movie, you think Michael Bay would've noticed all of the people mocking his excessive use of 'lens-flare', but no... he INCREASED the lens flare. The movie had its moments, some funny moments, some good action moments, but it was surrounded by crap. I'd say its worth the ticket price, but not much more. I'd give the movie 2-3/5 stars. I spent most of the movie thinking 'ok... meh. that's just fucking stupid. stupid, stupid, funny comment, decent scene, holy lens flare, stupid....' I normally zone out to a certain degree when watching a movie, but I didn't for this film.

It was a good movie, don't get me wrong, but it felt really average. Could've been because it was late at night with me feeling drowsy, and having just watched another film. Great effects though. I think I prefer the first one. Same here.
If you want a gay storyline, go see the new Sacha Baron Cohen film. Enough wang slinging to keep fans hard for years. I liked the new movie. Opinion, only mouse over if you have seen the movie! Spoiler I think it made little sense from logical point of view (why only fire the laser/plasma beam once?..... etc) But from the whole robot story and yummy Megan Fox. Bring it on!!! So good. WOW @ the Optimus Prime fight scenes. Enjoyed those fights the best. I think the whole theater cracked up when the S7 dude was calling in the laser striker on the Decepticon ripping up the pyramid (the thing had balls). Yeah all good from eye-candy point of view, but lame from the logical realistic POV. Oh yeah and I'd hate to be a US soldier after seeing them get so wasted with dickhead commanders like they had.
