I'm hoping they can turn things around, I think they're making that one in Austin and heard from people at work it was pretty much a cluster... :( (but the guy that was working there is no longer working for the company, it's possible things are better now)

  5. lol, wtf is with that dipshit mod? It gives your guilda unfair advantage?!?!?!?

I think it look like a promising game!

all the first person stuff all the time looks good.

the FFA with out factions is one of the most apealing aspects for me.

i dont like full loot it hurts pve for my taste, but i can accept that.

so far the art of the half-orcs is awesome and the first cool/good looking half-orc i have ever seen, and i love that.

But i realy doubt the combat will be good. right now for all i know its just like a TES4

    http://www.mortalonline.com/forums/3579-alpha-combat-system-short.html

but i think its a game to keep an eye on it!

i realy hope to see a game with out healers, or specific class/roll to do X thing.
    but that just me!

  7. Take away my healer class and I will hunt you down.

like i sayed thast just me!

for some reason i dont like healers, the reason is that they are esential in every game!
are you going to raid?...so you'll need X healer in the goup.
hey guys lets pvp...but we dont have X healer so we better wait till we find one!

if i had a one dolar for each time i experience that, ill be a millionare.

so my real isue is with the esential aspect of classes/what ever, to play the game.

ill love to see a game where you dont need any thing specific to do what ever you chose.
a group of X random people that are realy good in what they do is as good as a balance group.

another thing that i find a good way to balance healing. is that you and the one you are healing both need to stay still. so you can consetrate on the healing.
and if you are healing yourself it takes 1.5 more time that it woud heal some one else.

i know im the Taz black book of people that he wants to kill!!!

  9. I agree with the fact of having to wait on certain classes to get shit done is really lame, believe me I have had the same problems with tanks. But I love keeping my bitches alive, it pisses off the enemies and I enjoy having to make the extra effort to avoid damage.

hey guys wich of the races so far anounced do you like the best?

Half-orc -i think they look good, and have big chanced to be my alt/main rogue/gladiator

Tindremene-they are ok but i dont find them interesting enough.

Khurite-those cool looking...i need to create some guy named kubilay Kahn or something.

Forest Elf-i hate elf but that art is sweet!

Sidoian- im gona create a crafter or something maybe a ranger with this one!

Kallard- man i think this have the closest chances to be my main. a big guy witha a even bigger weapon/ or 2 weapons.

i looking foward to see whats the deal with the deva sistems.
it reminds me of Guild Wars, once you unlock a skill its unlocked for every one in the acount.

and i realy hope they can have the flag sistem funtional when they lunch the game!

I hope the crafting ability in this game goes as well as they say it will be. It would be definately nice to have a new crafting system that is unique and still quite fun. Rather than the click and wait.

    yeah

i hope ou can just consetrate in crafting and you merchant skills if thats what you want.

but to be honest i just hope the game dosent suck. and if i can see my feet when i look down.

that alone will be the selling point for me!

Look at what I found in the forums. Some information on the chat system of Mortal Online.

-There will be no global chat or channel.
-There will be guild-chat channels, once you have the appropriate "collective conscious"-upgrade for your guild-stone. It doesn't matter if you like it or not, as every other third-party communication-program will give you the same.
-There will be messaging (like sending a message to your friend to arrange a meeting) by sending a pigeon, but the pigeon will have a delay, making it worthless in battle or when quick communication is needed.
-There will be /whisper/tell to people nearby. But /whispers/tells may be overheard by people with good hearing skill or lip-reading skill.

    Here's the thread, http://www.mortalonline.com/forums/5695-chat-interface.html

It's actually too bad Vent/TS destroy what they're trying to do here.

Aye Call of Duty 4 has a perk where you can hear what the enemy is saying. I guess its good for console games but PC it's pointless to even have it in. Great idea but a waste of resources.

    NICE

i do hope they do all this things.

i know that us by using vent will kill it, but the inmersion the game creates for itself by doing this is AWESOME.

i woud love to actual have a animation of sending the pigeon. and if your fried is not online you dont know untill the pigeon comes back all tired with out a reply.

Cool as it might sound, I don't think they should bother adding systems that are completely inferior to voice comms.
