On another note my Armorsmithing should be at 50 today along with weapon smithing at 40 and ballistics at 35.

System

Reduced number of XP gained per creature kill to a base of 50 +10% per level the player is below the creature and -10% for each level the player is above the creature.
Modified XP needed per level to increase over the course of the game. Each level requires an additional 500 XP.
Modified crafting XP formula to decrease XP rewards for making items that are below the player’s level or are trivial to the player’s Tradeskill advancement. A player should be able to level every 24 hours if they exclusively craft top quality items.
Changed the number of items dropped by non-component harvest drops so they do not create stacking problems.
Altered server boundaries to better support creature populations.

Replaced all apostrophes, long dashes, and quotation marks that were creating odd spaces in mission text.
Changed NPC base-hit chance to 50% at even level.
Changed the day / night cycle from six times per day to seven times per day.
Rearranged some server boundaries to better support creature populations. Removed creature generators from the vicinity of server boundaries.
Fixed several potential server deadlocks.
Changed items placed into a mail message to disappear from your pack faster.
Added error message to display when trying to equip an item with insufficient attribute level.
Adjusted the “default” XP formula.
Updated the resource manager and now objects are being released after some inactivity time. This will help with running out of memory after any long sessions of exploration.
Added support for a game-login queue.
Reduced attack speed on NPC firearms.

Added optimizations to reduce hitching on trees and clutter.
Added support for generic NPC types rather than just conversers to reflect on their job title.
Added support for a mapped activation key (Y is the default) to be used for NPCs or objects interaction.
Added support for the ability to have dynamic-experience levels for instances.

Items

Rebalancing guns is in progress. You will notice that a few specific guns are much stronger or weaker than other guns of their type. This will be resolved in a future patch.
Increased the power of the Thunderstrike Pick and Razortongue's Razor to bring them in line with their intended level.
Salvaging Ragged Black T-shirts and 3D Glasses can no longer give dyes.
Changed many Tradeskill items that previously stacked in 20s to stack in 100s. They also now include Tradeskill Component in their descriptions.
Changed all grenades to be two-handed items.
Corrected the skill prerequisites to use Crude Pain Killers, Gray Tactical Pants, and Security Boots.
Changed drop rates on goats to decrease leather drop rate.
Made Hazmat Kits mission items from Clinton FARM unsellable.
Made the Zanesville Toxin Neutralizer a sellable item.
Made the Blood-Stained Letter from Mumford unsellable.
Changed the model for the Zanesville Defender Vest.
Corrected the ability requirement to wear Gray Tactical Pants.

Tutorial

Changed starting equipment values to get rid of the exploit of selling it all and making new characters.
Added a Starting Equipment category of the Tradeskill Kit that can only be used to make up to 25th level items.
Fixed double spawning porkupines.
Modified and added tooltips to provide better guidance through the tutorial.
Changed the way missions interact with objects in the world, such as interacting with harvesting nodes or acquiring the rocket launcher or medical supplies.
Removed unnecessary NPCs from the tutorial.
Changed the rifle to be lootable from the first White Crow you kill.
Added Smash 1 to abilities players get in the tutorial.
Stopped several tutorial items from entering the game when the player leaves the tutorial.
Added tooltip for mounting and dismounting
Fixed problem with players getting extra AP if they played through the tutorial rather than simply skipping it.
Added a countdown timer to the bomb sequence.
Added a graphical transition to the video at the end of the tutorial.
Added rocket launcher fire and reload sounds.
Added voiceover for CHOTA Megara in the tutorial.
Added door sounds in the tutorial.
Static from Elena's voiceover no longer hangs over infinitely.

Art

Fixed door triggers and collision issues in Haven Clinic.
Fixed several MOF bugs in the Old LifeNet Facility in Terance.

Updated the Franklin’s Riders logos.
Added dirt footpaths throughout Sector Three.
Updated texture and model for the bicycle.

Crafting

Adjusted second tier harvesting nodes to have the correct requirements. Many of them had the same requirements as the first tier nodes.
Changed Red Bandana recipe so it cannot be salvaged for Red Dye.
Changed the components and requirements on corkscrews, metal rebar and heavy pipes to make them harder to use for absurdly fast and cheap Tradeskill leveling.
Lowered the max and trivial Tradeskill points gained on harvesting nodes.
Added second tier Tradeskill Kit schematics to appropriate faction towns in Sector Three.
Added research recipes for making higher tier Armorcraft, Ballistics, and Weaponry tradeskill kits
Fixed the Zanesville Defender Vest Manual.
Removed the Scopes Manual because it was defunct. All of the recipes the Scopes knowledge once taught are now available in Optics knowledge’s.
Changed Ballistic Tradeskill Kit Schematics 1 to allow you you to research Ballistic Tradeskill Kit Schematics 2. The same is true for Armorcraft and Weaponry.
Changed the recipe for Bedspin Whiskey so that it is not the same as Pansy Wine Cooler.
Changed the Axes 1 and 2 instructions so they may now be sold or traded to other players.
Changed the filters in the recipe screen to now immediately apply on an inventory change.
Fixed an issue where the filters in the recipe screen would not update when a change occurs in the players inventory.
Fixed a sorting issue with recipes.
Corrected the tooltips for the recipes tool requirements.
Enabled the tradeskill facilities to show up on the radar and overhead maps. This won't show on beta until the skin is updated.

Editing

Standardized text to include an 's' after possessive names ending in an 's'.

General

Changed attack formulas used by NPCs so character movement does not have such a huge effect and there is a minimum hit chance.
Updated the display of the different NPC types to filter out some internal types.
Fixed an issue with character creation where removing a hair style did not clear the previous hair layer.
Modified critical hit and glancing blow math so both occur less often.
Fixed an issue that would make sell prices not show correctly.
Fixed a crash introduced last version manipulating pack items or window items.
Fixed an issue with sounds effects and particles during dual wielding.
Fixed the issue of hearing the wrong sound when switching to a melee weapon.
Enabled the carrying capacity to now update immediately.
Fixed issues with player wild faction changes when a player killed a town guard.
Changed the textures to load sooner when approaching a town.
Updated and fixed running jumps for other players introduced on the previous version.
Fixed an issue with NPCs walking up a slope going into repeated teleports.
Fixed the collision issue with the player being pushed up by NPCs and sometimes getting stuck.
Fixed a bug where the default material properties would be replaced when a ragdoll was created.
Fixed a potential crash with ragdolls being removed.

Vehicles

Updated the vehicle system with new collision and suspension support. They should now orient much better on the ground, enter through doorways without getting stuck, drive over small obstacles and steps, and no longer hover off the ground. Please note that there is currently a physics conflict between the vehicle shapes and the “no-drive” areas which cause you to drive in the air which is currently being looked at.
Fixed an issue with horse riding and getting stuck with continuously turning.
Changed the no-drive areas to no longer show up in interior areas.
Added start and stop vehicle engine sounds, hit sounds, and suspension sound support. Currently, there are no suspension sounds.
Changed mounts to now collide with trees and to not go into a no-walk area.
Fixed an orientation calculation problem that sometimes caused the player being stuck in the horse after dismounting.

UI

Added a mission tracker that displays the goals for the selected mission that can be toggled from the mission journal.
Improved the sector maps to now show the team members wherever they are in the world. (This won't be available until a new server is up.)
Added non-alphanumeric mapped keys to show in the Keymap window.
Changed the gear window to have the resists panel opened by default. The weapon slots will now display their mapped keys.
Disabled most of the social-window menu options for the player.
Fixed a drawing bug on the overhead map. There is still a bug during resizing which is being looked at.
Optimized the team update window.
Corrected the tooltips in the Mutations Attributes screen.
Updated the instance event UI to save its window settings between gaming sessions and to reset its event waypoint.
Added an attribute so that players will show the faction that they are highest in.
Added cursors for resizable windows that are only available currently in windowed mode.
Fixed a mission goal flags issue introduced on the previous version and made the mission tracker on by default. Also the mission journal will not open on a new mission if the tracker is up.
Fixed an issue with the gear resists window button not showing sometimes.
Fixed an issue with the recipes windows that would scroll to the top when selecting an item.
Fixed a problem with resizable window that resizing them from left size does not move the window once it reaches the maximum or minimum size.
Added an instance-event UI. This will manage team events that are used to monitor instances, giving the user better feedback for it. It has its own waypoint that points to the instance it is managing as a green icon.

Chat

Fixed the problem with chat focus being lost during an IM.
Updated the chat tabs to blink when there is new message. They will also show in the same order on a restart.
Enabled the newly-selected chat typed area to capture the return instead of always the main window.
Updated chat functionality: If the user types a channel with no messages, the window will change speaking channel to that channel. The last window the user sent a message on will become the window that takes focus first when pressing Enter. New private message windows start as tabs on the first primary chat window. This will become a user option later.
Changed the chat windows to not be able to be combined with other types of windows in a tab group anymore and the social window is no longer able to be combined.
Fixed an alignment issue with the chat bubble tail.

Camera

Updated the camera mode transition while getting on a mount.
Fixed an issue with the camera not being in the over-the-shoulder view upon entering the game sometimes. This issue could occur if you had exited while on a mount.

Sound

Added a new ambient system for Sector One and applied it to Sectors Two and Three as placeholders.
Added new music for Sectors Two and Three.
Added new vehicle sounds for the ATV, Interceptor, and Dune Buggy.

Conflict Towns

Fixed an issue with raid questors in conflict towns.
Guards in conflict towns will now move to attack.

Archive Coalition

Assigned correct mission groups Archivists in New Flagstaff and Trader's Flat.
Added repeatable steps for collection missions in Embry Crossroads, New Flagstaff, and Trader's Flat.
Changed Olive Erickson to offer Edible Reptile Meat component for Combat Collections
Changed Master Archivists to offer a conversation explaining the collections system after the Archive Coalition Lore gate has been passed.

Missions

Fixed repeater missions bug so that players would not be prevented from taking repeatable missions after only a few times.
Regen Sickness now has five tiers instead of three.
Stopped inanimate object models with brains from attacking players.
Fixed falling after regenerating in large LifeNet pods.
Several issues with return waypoints not showing when they should have been corrected.
Cleaned up goals for certain types of Defend missions.
Fixed a bug with the Queen Ant in Reyes Mine not moving.
Adjusted Bounty Hunter targets to handle aggro better.
Fixed the progressive waypoint issue with the mission "Unionized Labor."
Fixed the Town Event Manager occasionally not granting the mission "Redemption of the Apostate" to players.
Fixed bad Z-coordinates causing players to be out of range for the mission "It's Dangerous Out There."
Fixed a goal string not showing on the mission "Disruption of Potential."
Fixed "They Squeak When You Hit Them" giving the player the return to questor waypoint after the player destroyed the required mission items.
Increased aggro range for NPC Finelli in the mission "Paper Trail."
Fixed the repeatability issue with the mission "The Price of Good Health."
Fixed the goal to properly check off when player reaches instance anchor for mission "Undeserved Relics."
Fixed an error in the mission "Zee's Zombies" that was causing it to be chained to an incorrect follow up mission that was then automatically failing.
Made fixes to locking doors in instances.
Fixed a bug with waypoints being located wrongly after death.
Fixed an issue with the interest objects for "Scouting Trouble" that made it seem like nothing was happening. No one spawned to eavesdrop on even though the timer had started.
Fixed issue with no waypoint back to questor for the mission "What Good Are Walls?"
Fixed a problem with Defend missions spawning extra waves at the end of the event.
Enabled the mission offer and reward to now reset and restore the combat mode now if it was triggered during combat mode.
Fixed an issue with repeatable missions not showing up.
Fixed an issue where a selected reward was not being cleared.
Fixed the double-goodbye speeches for the questors.
Fixed the amount of faction gained to now display correctly if you are nearing your max possible faction.

All Sectors

Added numerous new encounter areas, creatures, and nodes to Sectors One, Two and Three.
Added gated merchants in faction towns.
Added gated faction camp merchants to conflict towns.
Added clan managers and auctioneers to barter towns.
Added basic conversations to NPCs for the Franklin's Riders storyline.
Removed defunct mutant head models.
Removed generators located on or near server boundaries.

Sector One

General Sector One Fixes

Removed Coal Mining books from starter town merchants.
Added horse merchants to all starter towns.
Moved the Sector One "Fuel Merchant" vendor position slightly to avoid his feet clipping through the sidewalk.
Put shirts on Sector One horse merchants.
Cleaned up Interest Objects in Mumford, Boneclaw, Odenville, Midway, South Burb, Chem Town, Oilville, Depot 66, Coppermine, Terance, and Needle Eye.
Fixed several event bugs.

Boneclaw

Corrected typos on "Looming Threat" and "No Reconciliation" in Haven and Descent in Boneclaw.
Changed "Jannix's Raider Bounty" text to include the correct name of mobs.
Repaired opening text error given by NPC Mecki.
Added new Nature and Cooking facilities.
Altered level requirements for missions.
Re-leveled Mirebite to be a level 8 boss.
Added a Mutagenics, Ballistics, Medicine, and Science facility.
Added worker characters performing various tasks around Boneclaw.
Activated Abner Caan, who lets the player know that Blue-Eye has work.

Clinton FARM

Moved and modified the Stand and Deliver bounty hunt mission in order to avoid steep slopes.
Checked and fixed incorrect mission required levels.
Moved Blade Dancer Recruits so that they do not stand on top of buildings.
Added a Chicken Accessory for Poacher Questor.
Fixed Greg Casa so he will no longer give out the “Training Cadre” mission.
Added Science and Nature Facilities.
Added Workers.
Added Reward Mission to the end of the town event Finale.

Central Plains

Added Todd Cheever— a former goat herder— north of Embry Crossroads. He's sad because some clones came by and killed all his goats. Were you one of them?

Depot 66

Fixed escort mission in “The Play's the Thing” mission chain.
Added more paint can targets in town for “Shoot 'Em Up.”
Added more armadillos, coyotes, goats and rats (roaming creatures for “Malibu Dream House” mission) around Depot 66.
Added more Judges around camps.
Added more scorpions and prairie chickens to the area.
Added Jurassic Joe, who offers a conversation about the amusement park and dinosaur exhibit outside Depot 66.

Embry Crossroads

Changed Tam Nguyen to offer the correct mission groups.
Converted Eli Porter, the special event barter merchant, into a gated questor. You can only take the events to swap the tokens if you have enough tokens to fulfill the requirements of the lower of the two trades.
Fixed problem with the Embry Town event where it was spamming chat saying it was ready when, in fact, it was not.

Junk Fortress

Put a shirt on Freya and fixed her to react to hostile actions by players.
Locked the closet in Loki's room unless player has the proper mission.

Linewood

Changed the brain for LifeNet parts in Linewood warehouses.

Midway

Added a Medical Trainer and an Armorcraft/Weaponry Trainer.
Revised merchant inventory on Jerry Topi, Filbert Theed, and Grover Wyeth.
Added "Roof Access" signs to indicate where players can access the rooftops.
Added Cotton harvesting nodes.
Moved waypoint for “Trading with Garris” mission to Garris.
Added goal string to “Stone Ground 2” mission.
Pala Gears now says the correct year, 2156, instead of 2154.
Fixed the mission "Linder's Spy" to correctly generate targets for the Defend portion of the mission.
Added new Nature and Science facilities each with a converser NPC.
Added a Gang Colors Headband Instructions to rooftop vendor.

Mumford

Added Mutagenics Kits and Mutagenic Kit Schematics to merchants.
Updated the "Green Works" and "Workplace Safety" missions so that they no longer fail if the workers you're there to protect die.
Added new items to Medicine Merchant.
Removed extra Weak Antiseptic from Jen Wheaton.
Downgraded the Bad-Ass Vista and Tech Guardians from a boss to a regular ranged creature build.
Moved harvest nodes in the crash zone so that they are either off the slope or in a spot that can be reached from stable ground.
Updated Gary's Kitchen to work as a cooking facility.
Fixed a problem where the boss Kizzy Malone could appear multiple times.
Fixed the bad reference in the recipe for "Blackberry Coyote Pie." It should now make that instead of "Flaky Bill's Revenge."
Moved “Piece of Piemaker 3” (the kill Blade Dancers step) closer to town.
Added mobs to the non-instanced version of "Smuggler's Den."
Moved Ballsy Frank to the LifeNet pod and changed mission locations and William Ibrahim's conversation to correspond with Frank's new position.
Corrected goal string for "Piece of the Piemaker" in Mumford.

Mowbray

Changed mission XYZ for “Judge Not Lest Ye Be Judged.”

North Burb

Fixed the animation problem on the bounty hunter target for the mission “Reaching” and changed the minimum and target levels to three.
Increased the number of waves to three and reduced the level of the chickens to level 1 for the “To Make an Omelette” mission.

Odenville

Gave NPC Alberto Basco a different shirt.
Gave NPC Interest Object Brie a different head.
Changed Finelli to be a named creature.
Added Nature and Weaponry Facilities.
Added a Weaponry Facility.
Added named areas to Nature, Weaponry, Ballistics, Armorcraft, Medicine, Science, and Cooking facilities.
Added Worker NPCs who are fixing the town.
Added craps players.
Added a CHOTA Fight Club.

Old Kingman

Fixed the "Lost and Found" mission. Proper object placed in the world for Use Object goal.

Oilville

Added a horse merchant.
Removed an extra collect string from Ariana Martin, which was causing her to shout non sequiturs on the chat channel.
Moved the Bester family camp from on top of hill near Oilville, added more Besters, and gave them some pet prairie chickens to guard their roost.
Put shirts on Cornwall Greco and Zach Belfry in Oilville.
Edited NPCs Zach Belfry, Wilton Migstock, and Vic Gorinski to use approved NPC clothing.
Removed harvest nodes that were spawning improperly.
Reduced the kill number required for the fourth step of "Sound of Thunder" mission sequence.
Added Sandworms west of town.

Rest Stop

"Rottermined" mission object moved to no longer float in air.

South Burb

Added Mutagenics Kits and Mutagenic Kit Schematics to merchants.
Removed duplicate items and added new items to component merchant.
Changed mission reward for "Bottom Feeders 1" to Mine Copper from Mine Coal. Changed the reward for part two to Mine Iron from Mine Copper.
Changed the “Novel Changes" quest line to now include the Mutagenics Kit Schematics as a reward on step 1, and the Alpha Mutations 1 Instructions in step 2, and Alpha Mutations 2 as a reward in step 3.
Split “Novel Changes” Mutagenics missions into a separate mission group from the "Bottom Feeders" geology missions. They can now be completed simultaneously.
Created a new ant colony and moved the mission waypoint for “Novel Changes” so that you won't spawn in North Burb if you die on this mission.
Tweaked locations of harvest nodes in the junkyard so that nodes won't spawn in inaccessible locations.

Split "Scarin' Off the Varmints" into two mission groups that can be taken simultaneously. “Scarin’ Off the Varmints” is a one part mission group while “King Coyote” is the other mission group composed of two parts.
Rewrote "You Can Pick Your Friends." You now find the pick in a pile of trash at the bottom of the quarry.
Changed the escort target for "The Bears and the Bees" in South Burb so that it spawns properly.

Removed repeatable step from "Clean Up." The mission no longer asks players to kill multiple Diggers and Gully Dogs. Instead, it is now broken into two parts, sending players after the Gully Dog leader known as Gangrene and the semi-intelligent Digger called Ligament. Ligament is Level 10 and requires a group.
Removed the repeatable step from "One to the Head." Rather than having separate missions to collect discarded copper and lead, players are now sent to two specific maintenance stations to retrieve high-quality GlobalTech copper and GlobalTech lead. These are non-sellable mission items.
Removed repeatable step from "Look Me in the Eye." The mission no longer asks players to collect generic Digger heads. Instead, the mission sends players after a Giant Digger found deep inside the GlobalTech complex.
Modified mission rewards to accommodate changes.
