Plantronics Audio 370 PC Multimedia Headset $13 + FS (OoS)

Edit : Sorry, out of stock already, but check back as I understand this is not the first time they have run the special, so they may come back in the very near future.

Plantronics is a good name in headsets and these get high reviews. At only $13 a set (shipped) I think it time for me to buy a spare (since Dash has killed all my spares) + gonna get Dash one since he at work and cant get to a comp to order a set.
I can also vouch for Buy.com , have been buying things from there for years...they even take PayPal :)

The Plantronics .Audio 370 is a super-light, fully adjustable headset with pillow-soft ear cushions for hours of gaming comfort. An open-ear design lets you hear your surroundings while delivering resonant stereo and booming bass.

I've always loved Plantronics stuff. First headset I used was the Halo2 mic for xbox which was amazing. A massive upgrade over the standard one and I can't imagine one that would be better. then i finally needed one for pc when I started playing GW and Bf2142 next and picked up the Plantronics DSP 400. Great sound quality and very light. All their stuff is top notch. The biggest factor was the USB connection since my speakers used all other ports. I hate having to plug more than one thing in to use it.

Yeah no kidding, if I had the money I'd buy 5.

Yeah I got him a set last time Plantronics had a direct sell on their site...got me a pair also. His dog trashed the pair he got, so let him use the pair I had (bought a pair of Fatality's so they were spare) and he left the connector end dangling out the door on a trip he went on. I think the pair Im letting him use now is a record for durability, but these will probably replace them since the usb interface has given him troubles since day 1.

This model is reported to be a bit bulky in size but very comfortable, and from the looks of them pretty durable as well....I will always recommend Plantronics, like Ryld said they are top quality items and from a company well known for their headsets.

Yeah, USB headsets can be a bit wonky to say the least. Anyone who has been in vent with me when mine gets all screwy knows what I mean (my voice sounds like one of the chipmunks, and my audio I hear is the same).

Anyways, I agree with the sentiment to buy dash 5 of these. I'm sure that'll get him through next month. ;)

I actually have that headset and it's been fantastic. Nice headstrap, really comfortable around the ears and the mic works pretty good overall.
