I always thought that the rule was to keep our credibility with betas. Thats good enough for me.

Lets have a look at the movies listed on the front page of watch movies, and their release dates (also taken from watch movies):
    - "Inkheart" - January 2009
    - "His Name Was Jason: 30 Years of Friday the 13th" - February 2009
    - "Feast 3: The Happy Finish" - January 2009
    - "Notorious (2009)" - January 2009
    - "Space Buddies" - January 2009
    - "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist" - October 2008
    - "Hotel for Dogs" - January 2009
    - "Diary of a Tired Black Man" - January 2009
    - "The Uninvited (2009)" - Febuary 2009
    - "The Scratch" - Febuary 2009
    - "My Bloody Valentine (2009)" - January 2009
    - "The Grudge 3" - January 2009

Are they out on DVD already, or is it that the disclaimer is a bunch of BS because it isn't possible to get legal copies yet ?

Or how about this part from right beside the disclaimer:
Isn't that an acknowledgement that the movies linked to on this site are ones that people can't have legal copies of ?

Now do you still think that "blatant" is an exaggeration ?

Meemo, shut up. That is all. I keed I keed.

No, but really, its like saying "XoO members are not aloud to use the internet because there is 'illegal' content on there."

Posting a link isn't doing anything bad. If someone wants to watch Spaceballs at any given time of the day, they can find it on the internet.

If the whole basis behind this is whats wrong/right, then we shouldnt be able to link stuff from google/yahoo/any other search engine, simply because you can get to every site in the universe from them.

wasnt going to post, but from someone who has traveled to many countires I can tell you that the US is NOT the first to get new releases. I can buy Inkheart in Peru right now as well as in most South American countries.

Ever wonder why Warez never go shut down? Off-site hosting ftw.

Don't really care about not being able to post, but just figured everyone should know the facts.
