I had seen this earlier else where. They both stop to look at the google.maps van at one point. The people noticing the raw bird statue. Did yall look at the intersection and notice the ham man? 6 Hemlock St I don't see the big wall of blur. The marathon has a missing picture and some people dressed in lab coats messing with lasers. That looks to be a lot of "random" stuff to be happening at once. I think they go through and ask people if it is okay to take the pictures first. I have heard stories that there are supposed to be place where you can see people committing crimes.
When I posted that I was actually talking about the ham man And I never say the science thing but at the end of the marathon it looks like there are balloons or something that might be what is in the sky in the other picture.
