The CNN videos never work for me.

I get a bit freaked out by things like this and I sometimes have to stop and check for breathing.

Oh, and remember Kyoji 49.99999⌐% of any demograph are below average =]

I don't see what the problem is. I wouldn't touch a homeless guy on the ground in D.C. You get staph infections from that shiznit.

You don't need to touch someone to help them, you can ask them if they are OK and if they are laying still you can see if they are breathing or not.

    Shhh, don't hurt EF2's feelings.

  9. I'm ashamed that it happened, but I am not surprised. Though I do not live in a city, I can honestly tell you that if I saw a bum laying on the street I would probably not go and help him. That is, if he was some place like back in an alley or something. For a man to be attacked right out in front of a store and to just be walked around is insane. I can not justify this at all.

tbh we really dont know what the situation is

is he a bum that annoys people for money outside that store for a few weeks now or is he a wandering bum that just happing to say something to the wrong guy?

i mean regardless i woulda called someone but i wouldn't go near a bum you never know what if he wakes up and bites ya and you turn into a zombie or get rabies or something?

gotta look at whole situation ... but i at least woulda alerted authorities ...

either which way I would have not only checked to see if he was ok and would have called the police. things like this are a sad sight for a "civilized" society.

no matter what he said or did I find it hard for anyone to justify the end of his life over it and even if you could, I doubt the people walking around him didn't know anything about the guy other than he was homeless and seemingly not ok.

reminds me of a story I heard of 2 teenagers raming a pole up a homeless mans ass. Didn't they get charged with murder? Either way retard little shits like that need to be hung from thier balls and beaten like a pinata with people screaming "im not leaving till fucking something comes out".

    just thought id share. ;)

well they didnt mean to kill the guy in the first place, they got into a fight cause he was called a homosexual and got knocked out

but i doubt i would have gone to help the guy, maybe call the cops and say a homeless man is sleeping on the street - or i would have thrown an egg at his nuts and ran off.....

I once saw cops pick up a drunk bum laying in the sidewalk and push him into an alley, then drive away.

For once I agree with Kyoji... however I'm not sure if he's being sarcastic...

Since we're mentioning stories about this, here's one my Dad told me when he was an MP. He was in Springhill (A small city) and there was a homeless guy who would sit outside and ask for money to get vanilla (for the alcohol. People wouldn't sell him booze), and they would often end up taking him to Amherst (the location of the drunk tank I think) about 20 minutes away. About half of the way there, they realized he wasn't passed out, he was dead.

It was my dad's job to make it sound good lol.

Everyone is acting all shocked over this but in the video they are saying that shit happens everyday. Sleeping on the sidewalk, fighting over nothing, etc... I highly doubt any of you high and mighty "civilized" guys would've even looked once if you lived on that block.

Nobody stares as a bum long enough to realize something is wrong.

Well, I'm in Canada so I guess we have more respect for human life or something blah blah blah.

  19. Psh, you're in Canada, if you didn't no one would live there. Americans can pull this shit and still have millions flock to us.

Not really a matter of respect or not. It's more of a matter of same shit different day. Just this day someone died. It won't change anything. The people on that corner still won't check the bum sleeping on the ground to see if he is dead or not.

Someones on a Canada is amazing trip =P If you see the same guy hanging around the corner everyday I don't think even Lev the Humanitarian would go up and bug him every time he's a asleep or dead. Just because it's too cold to have bums up there I wouldn't bet on you guys acting any different. It's called human nature, diffusion of responsibility ftl.

As for the people who witnessed the fight they even said them selves its a regular thing. People in those neighborhoods are just trying to survive and have learned not to get in other peoples business.
