Dr Thunder is the best, sure it taste a little weird at first but for 67 cents for 2 liters you get used to it really quickly

That it's supposed to have 23 flavors is news to me...

I don't drink much pop anymore since I started taking acetazolamide. It's a hardcore diuretic (and so is caffeine, so the combination is not so great), and it makes most carbonated things taste pretty foul. Though.. Dr. Pepper is one of the few pops that still tastes "normal", so I'm kinda sad I didn't check this 2 days ago.

But.. at the same time, I'm way too paranoid to provide my full name and address to a company in the hope of getting something as cheap as a free can of pop.

Curious story of interest nonetheless, thanks for sharing

 

Technically anything that has more than "several" layers of flavor begins to be a flavor of it's own, especially to those who don't train themselves to analyze them. A combination of 3-4 separate flavors in a dish is what chefs say to be the magic number of being simple yet interesting enough to be perfect.
On that note on more tired knowledge, flavor and taste differ in the way that a taste is sweet, sour, astringent, bitter, and spicy/nasal heat where as flavor includes in entirety smell, taste and touch.

On a personal level, what can I remember of Dr. Pepper since the 1-2 years since I've had one?
-Cold
-Bubbly (Co2 Has a slight sour taste I believe as well)
-Sweet
-Peppery (Bitter/Smoke Smell/Nasal Heat/Spicy)

That's about it for me, when you guys get your free ones tell me if you can taste more.

 

The "23 flavours" claim is just a spin on advertisement and shouldn't be taken literally.

I was brainwashed into buying tons of Dr.Pepper 12-packs after being forced to watch hundreds of their ads on MLGpro.com (it's the only ad they play, other than Stride bubble gum).
