You'd probably have to code it so that users had to sign up to view anything, then it changes the URL to add a user specific code like... http://www.URLHERE.com/SECTION/PICTURE4353.phpUSERNAMECODE Then the site would count off a ticker to how many unique IP's went to the site using another user's code URL. But I don't know, if you want people's ex gf's go to 4chan or ask bobfrommarketing.
