Sup guys, this gem of a game has awaken me from my slumber. Best game ive played in awhile. I died on HC around 25 though :tear: I'm just gunna continue in softcore and get the hang of this beast.
We had a very solid 6 man group running last night in hardcore. I highly recommend that you seek out a party of Xen members or public members while leveling, and having a softcore character ahead of your hardcore character in terms of progression. The game is 70-80% knowledge in my opinion, but it is a HUGE blast. I can't remember the last game I enjoyed this much inside of Xen.
Good game however, I dare say that why would an indie company copy a game design down to the red and blue orbs on the left and right of the screen. And why does everyone nerd rage if you point it out. The skill system is nice, why not apply a little creativity to the entire game. Anyway good game but I played it back in 2000 and liked it to_@:
If your comparing it to D2, the game is vastly different in skill curve and knowledge. I played D2 and never had fear of death at any point, POE death is just around the next corner. : P
Not that I want to inform you about your stupid post. \ But Hardcore is a gametype. I would suggest reading a thread/or looking into a game before trying to act cynical.
Anyways. It has been confirmed that there is more of Act 3 to be released which is going to be released and tested while Act 4 is finished. There is a bunch of us playing daily from Xen, feel free to drop by and check the game out. Most of us are happy to help with gearing.
How's everyone doin with the game now that its been out for a bit? This game keeps growin on me. Got a 68 templar on HC now. Want to start lookin for a crew to do maps with. Any XoObies getting to 70+ on HC yet?
There is only a few of us that play. Other games has a thread that two of us posted in. I just lost my main a few days ago, so I am set back in terms of hardcore progression.
