    I just got an invite... at first I didnt know wtf this was but I JUST remembered this is the game one of the DEV from RIFT told me about back when I was playing TERA. (Yea he was in there checking out their shit incognito style) The game and the TV show influence each other in some way.

    Well if the game sucks... the TV show looks awesome.

    trionworlds will be streaming Defiance live for 2 hours today(friday) at 4pm pst.

    they were just streaming rift..next is warface at 3 for an hour..then defiance.

    Im looking forward to warface and defiance

    Those letters that spin across the word “ENLIST”? VO5DHS and 6CIBJT. I don’t know what they mean either. I guess we’ll find out when the first beta opens next week.

    Defiance will launch on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 at the beginning of April, two weeks before the SyFy TV show broadcast.



    Edit: The official Defiance Twitter account confirms that the codes are important. Stick ‘em on a post-it and try not to lose it before the 18th.


    I dont think I will like the game much on first impression. Co-op sounds casual. Open world is what I am looking for.

    I was able to get in briefly during the stress test. The first noticeable thing about the game was

    1. high animation quality -movement was super smooth
    2. appealing aesthetics and graphics

    It also had the feel of a more polished game (it had complete tooltips, for example) and I didn't encounter any bugs in the 15 minutes I was playing.

    Gameplay video I found on youtube. Looks nice. Shows the ability and inventory system too. Gotta love trion for making sure a game is smooth when they release it.
