Firstly for forum reason's this isn't a debate thread, just an information one so please avoid conflict etc etc. Operation Vendetta 5th Nov 2012 - London - Anon's occupy Trafalgar Sq, before marching past 10 Downing Street and then on to the House of Commons. There is virtually no news coverage from mainstream media presumably for political reasons and any coverage that has been done belittles the march vastly. Anyway, thought I would let you all know it happened before it is dusted under the carpet:
Quite a few things but the main ones to point were; - Lack of job opportunities, - An internet censorship bill, - Taxes - Specifically the rich paying lass tax than the poor. Its also worth pointing out that the media (the small news websites that actually did try and cover this) who have reported this states there were only around 200 protesters, which is complete bollocks, there were at the very least an estimate of 2000 active protesters. I'm not sure how they did that headcount.
Why can't our protests go like that. We just get hippy's in parks that don't know what they are complaining about.
