Prolly going to pick up one of these fairly soon here. Thought I would post it since its pretty bad ass. 27 in 2560x1440 6ms monitor, these are so cheap because they are A- panels that Dell or Apple rejects (these particular panels are the same as the ones in the cinema display). pretty bare bones, little to no input lag. Great picture. Some of these catleaps you can actually 'overclock' to higher than 60hz if you get the 2b revision. They are shipped from south korea express for free.

Ill let you guys know once I get mine if its any good.

This is one of the monitors that Enigma recommended I go with when I built my PC a couple months ago but I didn't want to wait and I felt that 27" was too large for my tastes.

I actually ended up getting this monitor because of his recommendation to you. I have been for a while looking into getting a 27" monitor that had the resolution of 2560x1440, but all the ones sold here are too expensive for me. I have had my monitor for probably a month now and I honestly think I am going to get my monitors from Korea from now on... I was unable to get a Q270SE2B because at the time i didn't realize that someone had made a custom driver to over clock that model to get to 120Hz. (He actually took his to reach 128Hz as a test how high it would go.) I think you can get a reference as to who sells that model on http://www.overclock.net/ because I remember seeing it a couple weeks ago. I highly recommend it too.

    I bought mine from...

(I figured I would just let you know even though it is the same price basically. The person I bought from did apparently check the monitor for dead pixels before shipping it out too as well, which was awesome because it isn't pricier for the advertising of "pixel perfect" although I was hesitant about not getting a "pixel perfect" at the time.)
    It is a Q270SE2E

The monitors with multiple inputs still have input lag, only the model with just a single DVI connection has no/very little input lag.
But yes, great monitors. There are a few 2B versions that can overclock on Ebay but they are all multi-input models. No single input 2B models are available as there are very limited production runs by only 1 company in the world (Witech). The monitors that can overclock the refresh rate went on sale 4 days ago and have already sold out. No word when they will be available again as there is yet another supply issue on the PCB's that make the overclocking possible.

Just so people know, Green-Sum is one of the official sellers of these monitors. jinyhaus is not. Although it wouldnt really matter that much, its still an Ebay purchase.

And dont forget if you want a really high resolution and monitor size, the Leonidas is now available from Yamasaki:

damn i didnt realize they had a good following here,

actually they are selling the 2b versions in limited production runs over at 120hz.net for $550. I figure that bumps this back up into the realm of pricey for what you really get. No need to spend 550 on a monitor with dead pixels and what not. I pulled the trigger this morning. super stoked.

Also they are thinking about getting a parts kit order together to change your model to the 2b version so i might do that but its still in the planning stages.

edit: i should have known enigma was all over this shit already lol

I lost 3 days of sleep weighting all the pros and cons of those screens.
Wanted to buy one badly, but the thought that it might go bad in first few month kept me from buying it.

Keep us updated those that bought/buying it, how you like it etc.
