Community Meeting April 22nd 7:00PM EST

There will be a community meeting on April 22nd at 8:00 PM EST. If you are a member of this community you should go. Every last one of you. As you all can guess there will be a lot of discussion that will impact everyone. Also the CRO candidates Kharma and Sokar will be speaking and answering questions so everyone knows who to vote for.

I notice that most places under EST currently have daylight saving on[/ur;]. So when you say EST for the meeting time, do you mean EST (GMT -5) or EDT (GMT-4, EST with Daylight saving) ?

 

I think since we are currently in Daylight Savings Time I mean EDT.

2 am :S XoO hates us EU players.... its a sunday cant we make these meetings a litle Earlier.... as in 4 pm for you guys ending in 10 PM for us ???

Both sides able to be there. Not to much stressing from those who want to be there but are not able to go because of the Time diffrence. I know that ALOT of the members with in Tera EU would love to be there. But due time issues they will not attend as fast... Monday is a work day and meeting at 2 am, attending for 1 hour at the least, going to bed at 3 to 4 am, just to get out of it on 7 am to go to work..
I wont blame them for not showing up. but then yet some others might.

if it has to be this late why not plan it on a saturday in the future?

 

Thaisha, you read my mind. Being that this meeting is on a Sunday, we have a huge part of the community who are from the EU so the scheduled time means those of us who live on the other side of the pond won't be able to attend unless some don't have jobs. Please reconsider shifting the time so that we may also attend.

On behalf of GW2, we'd really appreciate it if main XoO would cater equally to EU players, we are going to need a well-balanced timezone presence if we are going to remain successful in ranked WvW.

 

Yeah Sundays sucks for me as well 12+ hour work day and don't get home till 8:30 -9:00 and all most never log on Sundays .

 

im not talking about the fact that just one person has to work on that day though, Rowl. its mroe that a complete half of XoO will not attend to the meeting then.
