TERA (NA) ApplicationHow old are you? 22 In-Game Name? Panixone or TsunamiBomb Do you have Teamspeak 3 and a mic? Yes What is your primary class? Ranger Why did you choose XoO: Honestly I've known about XoO for quite some time now. I first seen XoO in RF Online retail when it was pay to play back in 2006.. I believe. I seen XoO around a lot since they were the top Cora guild and I've always had respect for them even though I wasn't on Cora. I also remember them being quite scary when it came to the PVP and I never wanted to go against you guys . I remember Jamezterr since he would play with my guild in RF (N.I.N.J.A) who I've actually ran into some months back in the current game I'm playing APB Reloaded. He probably wouldn't remember me much but he was/is pretty friendly and always nice to talk to. I've also ran across XoO while I was playing Aion when it first launched. Although I didn't really stick around the game too long. From the time I've seen you guys play (obviously from an outsiders perspective) I know that you guys are very good team players and although you like to win you still know how to have fun which is what I look for in a clan/guild. XoO has honestly been a choice of mine for a really long time now and I'm glad to see you guys playing Tera even if I don't get accepted. Previous Gaming Experience: Well I've been playing games for as long as I can remember honestly. Not sure how much detail you want but I used to be a console junkie when I was kid obviously since PC gaming wasn't really around. I enjoy all different types of games as I've played quite a lot. Any free to play game I've probably played it at least once as I'm always trying to play new games. PC gaming is my main platform that I prefer but I do have a PS3 that I do play occasionally. When I play games I try to just focus on that one game so I can learn the game and get good at it. I'm not a person that likes to jump around and juggle 10 games at once. I usually game with close friends but am always open to meeting and playing with new people. I'm open-minded and like trying new different types of games - I'll play anything that peaks my interests. And I love pvp! Although I've never really played anything competitively I like to win but who doesn't? Anything that I've missed I'm sure you could see from my gaming profiles. Xfire: http://www.xfire.com/profile/martyrdomandsuicide/ Raptr: http://raptr.com/StarsFury/about Steam: http://steamcommunity.com/id/jk_ (I'm not going to lie I've been forgetting to raptr and xfire on lately) __ A little 'mini-ish' semi-incomplete timeline to give you a little bit of an idea I suppose ~ From: Atari! - My oldest sister had an Atari at her house and Pitfall and Pacman kept me entertained for hours when I'd visit which was almost on a daily basis. Super Nintendo - Super Mario Brothers was probably my favorite game. My sister and I would stay up all night eating steak and Smore Poptarts while playing this game as well as various other Nintendo game but this one stuck out to me the most. Good times. Zombies Ate My Neighbors was an awesome game I think I stole from my sisters friend or at least borrowed and never gave back. PlayStation - Crash Bandicoot was probably one of the best games of all time! Twisted Metal was another one of my favorites. PlayStation 2 - GTA series ~ The first one back in 98 got me hooked when I played it at my friends house for the first time. I instantly went home and made my mother buy that for me. DDR series ~ was too into this as well. I Picked up PC gaming heavily probably around 03-04 with Counter-Strike 1.6 when I was introduced to it by some of my friends who played Source. I enjoyed 1.6 much more than I did Source - it just seemed too easy honestly. I didn't play CS competitively although now that I look back at it I kind of wish I would've. I just pub stomped all day but it was fun to me. I took a break from CS for awhile because I had been waiting for RF Online (2006) to come out which I became addicted to once it did. It was my first MMO and honestly I still wish it was around like it was. It went f2p and merged servers and went downhill from there - it just wasn't the same game anymore so I basically quit that game and went back to CS for awhile. My friends who I had been playing CS with for awhile then talked me into playing WoW which I also became addicted to. I really enjoyed WoW and played it for a really long time up until the last couple years where the expansions just kind of ruined the game a little bit for me. I'm still wanting to play just not at the moment - am currently waiting for the new expansion to release before I go back to it. Various semi-recently PC Games: - Homefront (FPS) 2011 - Awesome game that I wish would have survived. It died quickly due to hackers and lack of updates from the company which saddens me. - League of Legends 2010 - Was/is a pretty fun game that's very team orientated but it's really hard to have fun playing solo matches against actual teams. Current~ At the moment I'm playing APB: Reloaded which I started last year when it went Open Beta and have been mainly playing this for the most part. A little bit of Battlefield 3 (http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/Panix0ne/) here and there when APB gets boring or is down for maintenance. What will you contribute to the guild? Competitive & Informative Well even though I haven't played anything competitively I like to win or be successful in whatever I play. When I play a game I try to learn as much about the game/class that I'm playing - I'm usually very thorough and that I feel can help not only myself but guild/clanmates as well. Leadership & Team Player Throughout most of my gaming experiences I'm usually a leader - Not necessarily the leader of a clan/guild but I'm outspoken and can lead a team when necessary. In games like CS, BF3, HomeFront, and especially APB I've lead various groups of people that I've played with. Yes I like to have fun but I have more fun when I win! and sometimes I have to take lead in order to make that happen ;D. I feel like I've always been a leader in one way or another but I'm also respectful and know when to listen and be a team player. I've been in various big guilds (in mainly WoW) that I've never ran and have always complied with their rules to get the job done. I've obviously had to learn how to do this when gaming online in games that are team based and I feel like I can do that well. Loyal & Honest Any guild/clan I've been in I always tried to give them my all no matter what. I would always follow the rules and participate whenever necessary. If I could never follow through with something I always tried to let someone know. I don't think I've ever left a guild/clan on a bad note and it was never due to another clan/guild. Maybe once but I had good reason. IRL Experience(s) that may or may not contribute ;D ~ Patience & Open-Minded I've had a lot of community service experience which I did a few years ago. I had to work with groups of people between 7-15 people to complete the assigned task successfully. This experience taught me to work with various types of people through all walks of life and also learn to be very patient. Currently going to school for Web Design/development ~ Creative (I suppose) Intermediate-Advanced: Photoshop/illustrator, CSS, HTML, XHTML, HTML5 I may or may not be able to contribute some creativeness when/if necessary. Localization: NA Do you have a referral? StashVG A little bit about yourself? People generally know me as Panduhh online for the most part and Carey outside of the computer. I'm a very blunt person and I generally don't like beating around the bush. I've been told this intimidates people but I'm not that scary I promise I'm nice. I'm also terrible at writing things like this about myself or just writing in general. I'm 22 and I love games, computers and cats. I will probably be a crazy cat lady when I get older - they're just so cute... I've been told I have a good sense of humor and I don't really take stuff on the internet seriously so I can joke around a lot. I'm not uptight and I'm very open-minded. I'm very competitive honestly as you can probably tell by now and I do enjoy winning obviously more than losing. Even though I'm a girl I actually try and want to play the game. I mean I'm not going to lie I've come across a ton of girls "gamers" online who don't necessarily play the game for the content I guess you could say.. I have a lot of time at the moment to play games so when Tera comes out I will be on that a lot. I am currently looking for a job but that's not going to stop me from playing if I do happen to find one! Activity level? 75+ Do you have a high speed internet connection and a good computer? Yes Have you applied to the TERA usergroup? No You have 9 balls. All but 1 weigh the same. You are able to use the scale (2 sided scale) to weigh them against other balls two times. How do you find the ball with the different weight to it? I would set one aside and split the remaining 8 into two groups. If the scale came out even then you can clearly tell that the ball that was set aside is the one with the different weight. If two groups didnt weigh the same then I would take the side the weighed more and split that group of 4 evenly and weigh again. That would leave you with two balls but I guess since you can't weigh a third time I'd have to either guess or pick them up myself. Or I'd just pick them all up to begin with and forget using the scale in the first place!
Lol well it said detailed so I tried to name the ones off the top of my head that I played the most. After filling this out I was debating about going into the basement and getting my Nintendo out to play again... It's been so long.
