I'd be willing to go to jail if that's the only place I can get a bucket helmet and those stripped pajamas.
Game looks pretty epic but I'm having a really hard time getting over the character models and animations. Hopefully they work on that.
I don't think the animations are bad, but they seem... jittery. Maybe it's lag or something, I don't know.
After watching this I'm more convinced that the problem has to do more with how many people are on screen and what they're all doing, 'cause this one character's animations look great... while he's completely alone fighting one mob.
So it may be a parsing thing the game does so large scale pvp doesnt rape your system? edit: Oh MAN that ice trail spell is awesome. edit2: Nevermind, those are all freaking beautiful.
Look at all the carebear comments in that review. "I r need scripted pve instances that I google teh strats for to beet teh bosses!" I swear, if people aren't told where to go and when to go and what to do, they are lost. I hope our hardcore pvp'ers show up for this one, because there is nothing more epic than defending a city/castle that your own guild built imo. If you can't get pumped for that as a pvp'er, I feel sorry for you. Maybe you need a game with rankings, instanced battlegrounds and epic pvp lootz.
^^ Nothing beats classic, raw, OWPvP. I never needed rankings or rewards in past experiences with OWPvP. Just knowing that you can potentially making a name for yourself on the server as a skilled PvPer is reward enough. All of my best memories are from long OWPvP battles against server rivals hands down.
Punishment for PKing too many members of your own "faction." Which only really counts if done on your starting continent.
Hopefully there aren't that many annoying people on our continent, then I won't spend much time in jail.
