is one step closer to reality http://www.gamesradar.com/interplay-and-bethesda-settle-fallout-legal-dispute/
I think Bethesda is currently finishing another open world game "Dishonored" but they are starting a new Fallout rumored in San Fran I heard also? The online seems suspect to me ... litigation never yields a bonofied product
I'd rather not invest hundreds of hours into a game that looks like dirt and trash anywhere you go. If I wanted that, I'd stare at a dumpster all day. I at least want it to be colourful like Aion. But for those than can stomach it, an online Fallout can be a decent game, I imagine.
Full settlement details are out now. Interplay will no longer be developing the Fallout MMO. http://www.bethblog.com/2012/01/09/...o-bethesda-softworks-in-interplay-litigation/

Very good news for anyone hoping to see a Fallout MMO - Interplay have had no credibility for 15 years and could not have produced a quality product.
Although ZeniMax will likely tell Bethesda they have to use the currently produced content to cut development costs so whatever parts of the game Interplay has already done will most likely remain in game.
