Yay me! My residency in New Zealand has been approved

moved here april of 2010..it was approved the 13th of dec. I just found out today.

One more year and ill apply for my NZ citizenship..ill keep my USA citizenship also.

not to get too prying, but what had you interested in NZ? Going expat- or semi expat is a huge step. I've never spoken to someone who's actually done it.

I've just noticed the NZ government have taken some money from my account for my citizenship certificate so fingers crossed I get that soon too! Then its time to find a job and move out there

 

Best places to look for a job here are in technical fields where we don't train enough of our own. Being from England, you'd have a communication advantage over the other nationalities looking for jobs here.
