So was their statements about creating laws against violent games wrong as well? Kinda thought it was weird that the Red Cross was speaking on the issue in the first place.
why are any of you surprisded by this? The PC pendulum could not swing any farther to left in our current world ..... obviously parents cannot be expected to read the label, Gamestop employees will sell to anyone pretty much .... winning is bad, being rich is bad, being successful is bad, trying hard at your job is bad, disagreeing with policy makes a you a racist, if your a comedian you cannot make jokes about race, religion or sexual orientation without risk of some group being offended, people are camping out in major crying about their college loans ... really? this surprises you ? Gru
You know, in all of the Law of Land Warfare classes I've had to sit through, one thing has been very clear, the restrictions of Geneva and Hague only apply to COMBATANTS. That means you're actually killing people. Now, if this were some crazy ender's game shit, then I could understand. But this seems like a huge waste of time and money, because, like I said, civilians are not combatants, and video games are not a battlefield. Gru, maybe if they had majored in Economics, this wouldn't be happening. HAH!
Sorry man didnt mean to, but honestly I am not surprised .... the gaming frontier is one all governments seem to want to regulate and control for some reason
