So far it does! Ive bin playin on and off, brings back some old memories thats for sure. Same play style, much better graphics. Some new classes too i think. But the amount of tokens required to get a new class is absurd unless you pay actual money...
love the game..but online play is fubar for me...trying to hop on a server 6000 miles away My connection needs to ski and not hop.
Well now it will only take me 3 years to get a new class instead of 5.... wtf. 9800 tokens.... ive got 1500.....
Just got in, pretty excited. Edit: A good deal of fun, and pretty true to core gameplay. The stations feel a bit awkard since I am not sure what to spend my credits on because loadouts are bought a different way. And buying classes seems a bit gimmicky. *meh* On my second game, I got 3/5 flag caps. Was a blast, I miss games like this. Edit Edit: I have 3 beta keys, pm me if you are interested.
Pretty fun! Snipers seem super easy but other than that the game is a lot of fun. Gotta get used to skiing again and not holding down my jump pack heh.
Pathfinder (Light): Less damage, easier to land snap snots Soldier (Medium): Good damage, slightly slower disc Brute (Heavy): Highest damage, slow disc I enjoy playing Heavy D and O with the Brute. I have finished a few times with the most kills.
Probably not. I played yesterday for a couple hours(probably more towards 3 or 4) and I have 1500 tokens already. Once you get your skiing down its super easy to grab flags and cap. I got a grab going 198 yesterday and was able to cap in 20sec heh. More medals = more tokens. Plus winning seems to add ~ 20 of em.
