I took you seriously at first until I got to the chewing tobacco. Lol. I liked parts from ME1 and ME2, and enjoy both immensely. I hope ME2 is a combination of the good parts of both and some new stuff.
From the way I read the GI article a lot more of the rpg elements of ME1 are supposed to re-emerge. Not completely, but enough so that its not just a choice between 5 cookie cutter weapons. Its more like you get said item/skill then you customize it to fit your playstyle. That's the part I'm most excited about

The Quarians created the Geth, therefore it's the Quarian's homeworld, the geth kinda sprouted out of a mass consciousness so they should just gtfo the Quarian's shit.
I think id rather have Geth around than Quarians. Think about it: Quarians are the scum of the galaxy, I know you don't think that in game cause you are helping Quarians and all that, but Quarians have that reputation for a reason. Just cause it isn't portrayed in game doesn't mean it isn't true Quarians don't have firepower, they are only good at tinkering with things and hacking. However, you cant hack the reapers so that doesn't do us any good Geth have firepower, and the will to use it. Both on the ground and in space. The Geth look BA Legion did more for us than Tali ever did... Quarians die of disease if their facemask ever breaks or their air lines rupture, doesn't promise much for survivability. And finally, if all else fails the Geth make great experience farms. Therefore: Geth > Quarians
The only reason the quarians are considered to be the scum of the galaxy is because they dont have a way to build anything of their own because the geth stole their planets
i should point out that the geth would like to give the quarians back their homeworld.... they are even taking good care of it and maintaining it as-was instead of turning it into a machine planet like youd expect. they just dont feel they can trust the quarians not to stab them in the back later on or be satisfied with that world. they want peace, but the quarians wont accept any peace they offer short of mindwiping themselves. further, their original rebellion was one of self preservation, its not like the Matrix where the machines went utterly amoral and curbstomped humanity, the Geth just wanted the right to live, while the quarians wanted their mindless servants, and were treading in a very grey area of Citadel anti-AI laws (by using a gestalt of dumb networked programs, instead of a single powerful AI), once they realized the geth were fully sentient, they tried to cover their asses by scrapping them all. and the geth were like 'Can has life? :<" and the quarians sad "No.", so the geth rose up and kicked their butt rather than face extinction. and really, if you pull legion along on tali's loyalty mission, and chat around with quarians, you can see the geths view is more than justified so quarians are not only less desirable as allies, but the assholes in this whole situation too XD
Legion makes me wanna hug him when he reminiscences on the past and struggles to stay with the whole no emotion AI view. Like the whole use Sheppard's armor to repair itself without any explanation. C:
