I have a feeling that they coulda just bombed earth from above.

I mean Reapers are pretty huge, and there seemed to be a hundred or so at the end of ME2.

I always thought the Reapers were bigger too.

And yet in the video they dont look THAT big.
And why are there reaper troops walking around in the city to get sniped? I thought the ship WAS the Reaper?

Really? Not that big? I thought so too at first then I paused and REALLY compared them. The legs of those things are like 4-5 times the size of the skyscrapers. That makes the entire thing around 2 kilometers high I think that's pretty reasonable given that's how long the derelict one was

Those are probably the husks. Reapers take over humans and use them as minions.

Husks or possibly Collectors that weren't wiped out at the Relay Station in 2.

Or - could be a new breed something like the Collectors. There's not a very clear view of what the character shoots in the video, but Husks would be my first guess.

Do you guys not remember from the first Mass Effect? Reapers do not kill organic life out right. They strip it of anything of use and enslave its populous. The point isn't to destroy, but to harvest.

Well, that definitely didn't seem the case at the end of the trailer were the HUGE LAZER BEAMS were glassing everything on the planet.

I do agree though. They need their foodstuffs for hibernation.

They are really just overly large super smart mechanical bears.

I'm looking forward to this game and Prototype 2 and Skyrim. Mostly this game though.

I wonder if there will be hotter sex scenes this time around.

I wonder if the psychologist girl I loved in ME2 will still want to dance, too...

next month launches the PS3 version I can't wait to change my decisions from the first one in 15 minutes..... will save me a lot of time, loved the first one just played it WAY to many damn times.

The comic should be a nice welcome to those who already played the first one but you have to physically play it on the 360 to feel the full emotional effects however.

And the PS3 version of ME2 uses the ME3 engine, so it should look absolutely gorgeous.

ME1 had pretty stellar graphics (for the time) - comparable to consoles (unless you want something "better"). Was ME2 not that great?

This is news to me, too. But it doesn't really surprise me. ME2 still looks stellar on the 360, so what ever.
