So we were walking around downtown / city market last night in Savannah, GA (on our little vacation) and had some pizza. But we can into an art shop that said "Donny's Memorial Party" and we found these paintings done by a local artist that we thought was cool:
The canvi (canvasies) were 250+ for the ones I liked. The other ones were ~$99 to $125. I wanted to purchase one but couldn't bring myself to get any. Oh well!
Sog, you ate pizza in Savannah? it's oysters there, bro. make sure you hit Uncle Bubba's place just outside of town. http://www.unclebubbas.com/ and Paula Deen's is right there in town. God I love Savannah. back on track, the paintings are pretty cool. I couldn't pay that much for them tho.
Areli, we ate that pizza RIGHT ACROSS from Paula Deen's. We were goin to go there but we found much better places to eat. Zunzi's, Cha' chebella's (or something close to that), The Crab Shack, Churchhill's Pub, Moon River Brewery - to name a few. We are back from Savannah now (as of yesterday) but it was a great trip. And oysters? I ate A LOT of crab and shrimp ; ) Does that count?
no. but seriously, I've been there a bunch of times. there are too many good places to eat in one visit. Paula's lunch buffet is chock full of win. the creamed corn is so good I considered it dessert.
