    1. Character Info: Name, Class, Main Spec (Link armory):

    Retsah | Mage | Arcane - http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Blackrock&cn=Retsah

    Retsadin | Paladin | Holy - http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Blackrock&cn=Retsadin

    2. Explain your talent selection (theory crafting source, specialization choices etc):

Mage: RAWR and ElitistJerks mostly.... My build is pretty Cookie Cutter for Arcane. Not really a whole lot worth playing with imho.
Paladin: RAWR (With adjustments to Burst Scale because I tend to care more about Mana for my big heals than Burst heals for Tank Healing right now), Elitist Jerks and this site: http://bis.vilepickle.com. As far as Build goes I imagine it's pretty cookie cutter too still for the Divine Guardian build. I just don't feel the need for added crit at this stage gear level that a more Ret oriented build would give me (Though I did use a more Crit oriented Build at early gear levels).

    3. Your Age: 40 :(

    4. Current professions and their raid benefit:

Mage: JC / Ench for Dragon's Eye Gems and Ring Enchants
Paladin: JC (Yes, I know, but it's the best to get imho) / BS for Dragon's Eye Gems and extra Gem sockets

Between the 2 I can also pretty much make all of the gems.

    5. How long you've been playing WoW and what PvE progression you've accomplished: I'm pretty much a nub as far as WoW goes. My serious gaming roots are FPS. I started out playing Doom competitively through an online gaming service called Dwango. From there I did pretty respectively in most tournaments for the original Quake. I continued to play FPS games though not quite as seriously up through many of the Call of Duty series.

A RL friend used to always try to get me to play WoW with him and all I ever did was make fun of him for paying a monthly fee to play a game. :) Anyways, he caught me at the right time and there's wasn't a lot coming out on the FPS side of things so I decided to give it a shot right when tBC came out and the rest is history.

As far as PvE Experience goes, I raided through most of the tBC content, got burned out, took a break, raided much of the WotLK content Naxx, Ulduar, first 4 bosses of ToC) then took another break until ICC came out and have since progressed through 9/12 Hard Mode 25 now on my mage.

    6. Describe how you theory craft your class (websites, spreadsheets, etc): As stated above, I pretty much live by Elitist Jerks for the most part. I'm not much of a number cruncher myself really and those guys seem to really know their shit. I pretty much use them as a basis and then adjust according to my personal play style as needed. I spend a lot of time on Heroic Training Dummies min/maxxing gear and working out rotations, etc.

    7. Occupation and living arrangements that impact raiding (family, schedule, etc): I work the normal 9-5 type job (7-4 technically) and am in CST time zone. I have a wife and 7 Year Old girl but they understand my needs and never cause any problems. As sad as it may sound, I'm the type of person that actually arranges my schedule AROUND my WoW Raiding. As long as there's a schedule, I can work with it.

    8. List scheduling conflicts (include times for possible weekend 10mans): I'm open any time other than work time as long as I know in advance.

    9. Guild History - where are you leaving and why: PfB on Blackrock is my current guild. These guys are just a bunch of "X" Nurfed (One of the higher end raiding guilds) guys that got older and tired of the 5 days a week raiding grind and decided to form a more casual guild that still relied on quality players only. GREAT group of guys but they have pretty much gone stagnant waiting for Cata to come out and I still have the itch to Raid. If I'm not raiding, this game is completely boring to me personally.

    10. How did you hear about us? List any friends/references within the guild: I've actually been with XoO since Warhammer (40 Chosen and 40 Sorc) was first released (When Steelshanks was the CO). I ran with them through that division then through Aion (50 Templar, 50 Glad, 47 Cleric) as well. Both games lost their appeal to me so I always went back to WoW.

    11. List your raid consumables and your method for maximizing them:

Mage: Frostwyrm flask for SP buff, FF's when Available for the HP/SP Buff if not then Firecracker Salmon / Tender Shoveltusk Steak, Potion of Speed for the Haste in burn down phases.

Paladin: I pretty much use Flask of Distilled Wisdom for the Int buff for 90% of the fights unless it's something like Dreamwalker Rescue in which I pop Frostwyrm for the larger heals (As well as swap out my Libram for a SP one), FF's when Available for the HP/SP Buff if not then Firecracker Salmon / Tender Shoveltusk Steak, Potion of Speed for known heavy damage stages.

    12. Provide your raid damage/healing performance. Examples are Recount Screenshot with personal breakdown of attacks, WoW Web Stats (WWS), or World of Logs: Things might get a bit confusing here as I JUST changed the names on both of my toons. My mage was called sCaryDeth and my Pally was called sCaryDiva. Here are a couple of WoL Reports (These are normal mode though BTW but should still give you an idea of my performance):

Pally (Remember, sCaryDiva not Retsadin): http://worldoflogs.com/reports/81dwzii3cci0nupf
Mage (Remember, sCaryDeth not Retsah): http://worldoflogs.com/reports/178ejyr73mvk5ah1

    13. Provide a screenshot of your UI:

    Mage: http://xtremedfw.com/palbum/albums/userpics/Retsah.jpg
    Pally: http://xtremedfw.com/palbum/albums/userpics/Retsadin.jpg

    14. Can you take constructive criticism and being call out on mistakes (both in and out of raid)? Absolutely. It plays a big part in making you a better player imho.

    15. Final comments you feel could help your application:

My off-spec for my Pally is Ret and my Gear is pretty comparible for the most part to my healing set though I will be the first to admit I have very little experieince raiding with the spec (If I'm on my Pally, I'm always main tank healer so never get a chance to play DPS on her).

All I really care about is raiding. I realize I'm a bit under geared for what you guys are doing and I've been reading your forums religiously for a long time so I also know you hate carrying people. I'm a quality player and more importantly a good teammate that considers the team before myself in all instances.

I'm also not going to lie about my Hard Mode experience. Most of them were JUST completed for me like a week or so ago so I'm not going to sit here and pretend that I have all this Hard Mode Experience because I'm 9/12 in 25 man ICC. Fact of the matter is that was my first time actually seeing most of them in hard mode other than researching online. I DO my research though and know pretty much every Hard Mode even though I haven't experienced them first hand yet.

I also realize none of you know me from Joe Blow. I realize I will have to earn your respect before you start relying on me for regular Raid invites. I'm ok with that as well. Whether I'm needed or not I will always be on at least 15 mins before Raid time and always be ready to go when called upon until I've proven myself and get into your Core group.

My #1 trait is my reliability. If I sign on for something, know damn good and well that I will be there and if not you'd better start worrying because it's likely something pretty freakin serious! :)

BTW, also in case you hadn't noticed, I'll be doing realm transfers for this.

Sorry for the Wall of text. I just wanted to make sure I was as thorough as possible as I HATE it when I see people half ass their way through an app.

    Looks like a good app.

The only concern I have relates to our raiding environment. You're coming from a serious and professional PvE raiding realm. Not to say that we're a bunch of immature casuals in XoO-Sargeras, but we're not hardcore the way most of the guilds on Blackrock are. I'd like to make sure you're ok with wiping a few extra times for the slow learners to pick up new boss mechanics, and with maybe not even killing all the bosses (like heroic LK 25, for example) before you spend money on transfers. We tend to be more forgiving with low-quality players in the interest of playing with people we like.

Oh man that's funny. Let me tell you.. The guild BEFORE PfB was a 100% casual guild. That's why in reality I'm behind the curve gear wise compared to what I've done in PfB.

I'm actually a 'tweener if you will. I just like playing with Skilled players. Wipes are of NO concern to me at all as long as we're not wiping because we have a bunch of people that just don't grasp how to play the game smartly.

The Sargeras XoO division has ALWAYS appealed to me because you guys seem to get shit done without a lot of the asshole/ego attitudes that one would encounter from a lot of the guilds on Blackrock :)

There may be times like this. In any case, if you can deal with the occasional failbus night, go ahead and transfer over, and whisper an officer in game for an invite.
