protip mr biologist: shit changes due to evolution. so the egg may just now have the protein as it adapted to best suit its needs versus possibly not having it many years ago. still not solved, only speculation IMO.
Obviously both answers are correct. The organism which evolved into the chicken also evolved into the current state of the chicken which was laid by a different breed of chicken. Kinda sad that there are still people saying god.
would an egg be a chicken egg because it has a chicken in it....then the egg came first..it has the first chicken in it. or does the egg have to come from a chicken..therefore being a "chicken's" egg. Then the chicken came first.
