    1. Character Info: Name, Class, Main Spec (Link armory):
    Sparowhawk, Druid, Resto, http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Sargeras&cn=Sparowhawk

    2. Explaine your talent selection (theorycrafting source, specialization choices etc): I use the 11/0/60 spec after much experimenting and talking with Fluffytoy, Terannis, and looking on EJ for possible insights and found with my gear this is the current best spec as I easily obtain the 856 haste cap for this spec instead of getting celestial focus that requires 753 haste, this way I can pick up Living seed and revitalize which is very useful, instead of digging for CF.

    3. Your Age: 17, I turn 18 in december, I don't see a problem with this, just ask Fluffytoy (charles) about that.

    4. Current professions and their raid benefit: Tailoring for Lightweave which is 285 sp almost every 45seconds, and enchanting for 46 sp to rings and enchanting new gear on the spot when I obtain it.

    5. How long you've been playing WoW and what PvE progression you've accomplished: 2 years, BC I pvp'd, Wrath I have done undying, clear 25 naxx, 10/25 3drake OS, 10/25 maly, 10/25 only, 10 uld hm's except yogg and algalon, 25m till mimiron, TOGC 10 mad skill (1 attempt from Insanity), TOGC 25 2/5, ICC 10 till sindragosa, ICC 25 till putricide, queen, valithria.

    6. Describe how you theorycraft your class: The primary thing is achieving haste cap which is 856 for my spec for the 1 sec gcd, after that sp is the next big stat, but can't go over board cause you need some spirit for mana, but with my gear sp is a lot better as I have solace and the 10 ICC trinket. As for talents I have been testing out many specs and variations and researching this up for which is supposedly better, but this spec I have found is currently the best, glyphs I have found the best at the moment is swiftmend which is obvious, wildgrowth, and innervate/nourish depending on other healers.

    7. Occupation and living arrangements that impact raiding (family, schedule, etc): I work mondays and fridays 5-9pm, I live with my parents and my brother, I play football and go to school, but besides work nothing should impact raiding, excluding emergencies.

    8. Guild History - where are you leaving and why: Hot Magic, Meuchelmorder, Deathnote, Exile - At the moment Exile is not progressing and I am tired of the drama and contentment of only getting 7/12 down in ICC 25, so I am looking for a guild that can progress.

    9. How did you hear about us? List any friends/references within the guild:
Fluffytoy, Twinblades, I have also raided with Arizair, Limegreen, and quite a few others.

    10. List your raid consumables and your method for maximizing them: I use Fish Feasts, which I normally have a few on me cause its one of the most beneficial food buffs I can use with my gear, I use Flask of the Frost Wyrm cause I don't have mana issues and it helps me heal more, I also normally have some consumables from the holidays for important fights for the extra boost.

    11. List scheduling conflicts (include times for possible weekend 10mans):
Mondays and Fridays 5-9pm and some sundays, few saturdays I will be going out with my girlfriend, which shouldn't impact raiding anyways. If it does I always let people know a week in advance.

    12. Provide your raid damage/healing performance. Examples are Recount Screenshot with personal breakdown of attacks, WoW Web Stats (WWS), or World of Logs: I don't have any shots yet as I just got my new computer since the other crashed, but normally it is 10-12k hps on fights like Twins/Fester, and on normal fights around 5-7k hps.

    13. Provide a screenshot of your UI: http://s638.photobucket.com/albums/...on=view&current=WoWScrnShot_031910_231741.jpg
I use Rewatch for raid frames and healing, VisualHeal, Quartz, Recount.

    14. Can you take constructive criticism and being call out on mistakes (both in and out of raid)? Yes I can, Ill cry for a few seconds, but then Ill get right back into it and then joke about it later.

    15. Final comments you feel could help your application: I love raiding, I love healing, and if you need any references ask Twinblades, Fluffytoy, Terannis, Zarrieda, and some others.

We currently have 5 full time healers and 3 recruits. While I'm all for having redundancy so that we're never short on healing, and promoting competition, 9 of us on the roster is significantly more than we need on a nightly basis. So, 2 questions before anything else:

    1. Is your DPS set ICC-25 viable?
    2. How do you feel about sitting for up to 1/3 of raids, or even more during your trial period?

My Boomkin dps set I feel is viable, about a normal 5-8k dps depending on movement and target switching but normally constant in the 6-7k area, I have some things I need to regem for on my gear first and after this upcoming week of badges mainly if get enough I should be able to get my 2 set and then it should be ready for 25m for sure. As for sitting out for up to 1/3 of the raids or more, I wouldn't mind till I prove that I either deserve more or earn a spot of my own as either dps or healing, I will leave that up for everyone else to decide.

can you let us see the gear/spec setup via armory for your boomkin gear (or if you use rawr/spreadsheets, those are a suitable alternative)

I logged out in my current boomkin gear, here is the link http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Sargeras&cn=Sparowhawk&gn=exile
I have other pieces that I can use, but it wont be more beneficial than the current t9 4 piece till I get my t10 2 piece or until I get more ICC gear to replace slots which should occur this upcoming week from badges.
