Hi, My name is Swifthawk. Amoungst my many job duties for Xen, such as pimp, visionary, and overall good guy, i want to put my Common Sense guy hat on.

Congratz, you are all in Xen of Onslaught a group of gamers that has existed for a while now, a eternity in gaming terms. It has survived many many ordeals. I hope all who read this their stay with us is long and happy.

A few guidelines to make your stay here happier, and to set your expectations for the future.

1.) You will not like everyone. Studies done at,Swifthawk University, show that a vast majority of hardcore gamers are socially retarded, meaning they are drawn to games because of the protection the faceless internet gives them. With that being said yes there are assholes, there are jerks, but there a good people to. Grow a thicker skin sirs and/or ma'ams and not stress out about those relationships you have in the guild that arent functional.

2.) Xen of Onslaught is a copyrighted name that belongs to Dash. While Dash is the overall leader, he has had the foresight to understand he can't do it all and delegates things to his minion, i mean trusted associates. These trusted associates have the worst job in the world, to run a company in essence without getting paid, most the time without getting thanks. So give them a break before posting rants, raves, general disapprovements, and/or comments about their mother

3.) The following list includes but not limited to things that are forever Xen of Onslaught's regardless of break off factions, alliances, seperattion, and civil wars: Keeps, castles, cities, zones, guild bank items, guild bank gold, ships, resources, cape designs, chinchilla farms, amputee midget porn,and slogans. This list should help set the expectation that if you leave this community, which we encourage you to do if we are unable to make you happy, that all "property" is staying within the guild. The games we play are about fun, but once its labeled XoO, its Dash's.


4.) If you dont like the leadership of a division first take it up with the leadership. Every CO is interviewed by the great secret council of the seven demons before getting the job, so for the most part are proven pretty levelheaded guys, gals, and Shoji's <3

5.) Lastly, if you dont like something and A.) arent willing to offer suggestions on how to fix it and B.) arent willing to offer your time to fix it, then guess what, keep it to yourself, cry it out on your emo tear stained pillow and move on in life.


I hope this list has provided some slight humor but also some ideas of how things work around here.

I agree with all this stuff and if people actually listen to it and abide by it this would be a much nicer and less drama filled place to be
