League of Legends has been around now for around 5 months within the XoO community. From the very get go we have been doing very well. Recruiting has been top notch, activity, competitions included. We are slowly becoming one of XoO's strongest games atm, and are always taking further members. If you would like to check out League of Legends, it is a free game, so no worries with having to purchase a new game. You can check LoL out at http://www.leagueoflegends.com

Or Simply drop down and talk with one of our members, there is usualy always someone on and playing.

Whether you played HoN or DoTA, users newb and pro are welcome. We have a very friendly group of players atm, who dont mind taking time to teach people how to play the game if need be. So check us out...

Your more then welcome to tag along then Xamiazi. Also HoN boasts a different style of graphics, and is a duplicate of DoTA. Where LoL is not, it is its own style of game. No worries of having to deny creeps, they focus the game on gankings, rather then who has the more creep kills. Also if you played dota before, then you played hon and vice versa. With LoL brand spanking new heros, abilities, and a upgrade system to those who wish to invest in it, aka summoner runes / masteries / abilities, available to the player.

The game is free, with some options if you choose to spend money on it, it can help. But what i love about the game is simple. If you pay money on the game, it doesnt give you any bonuses, besides the ability to play as all the heros. Which you can do completely free if you dont mind spending the time to earn them. So ... completely free game, DoTA-esk style play = win in my book.

Not completely true Berch, but mostly. You can buy an exp or IP boost (doubles EXP or IP) if you please (EXP is for levels (ORLY? just for Ruby), and each level gives you an extra mastery point (like a talent tree in WoW, only less OP) and rune slot (so you can customize your chars etc)), and it just increases the amount. I know you know this, I'm just specifying for other people, in case they want to get stuff quicker :p (and IP is what you use to buy runes and characters)

Also, you get to use 10 free (as in you dont have to unlock them) characters, which change every week or two. This allows new players to have a good variety and the opportunity to play the characters before spending points on them. I find that a neat thing.

And yeah, I went off on a tangent. It happens.
