  2. Check out www.tomshardware.com because I think you can do better in that price range. I just can't do the research at the moment.

  3. i think it is worthy to buy.

I've always been a big Nvidia guy, although that is a really nice card. What's the main differences between Radeon and Nvidia?

    Nvidia drivers suck.

  6. And Nvidia kids will say ATI drivers suck.

In this case though, the big difference between the two cards is that the ATI card is one generation newer. It will give you better performance, and should be able to hold up against the games that are coming out for a while.

I can do one better: I've known people who oscillated between saying ATI drivers suck and nVidia drivers suck, and promptly switched to the other maker's boards.

Anyway, the only real difference I ever notice is a price-performance thing, and currently I believe ATI is winning that. Currently.

Pretty sure the 9500 is an older low end card. I think you can actually get a better deal on a newer card from NewEgg.

  10. Indeed. A 9500 won't be any faster than what you have now.

    My favorite guide is this:
    http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-graphics-card,2464.html

It will tell you what video card to pick based on how much you are willing to spend.
